O	Olivia Melvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient hotel with pleasant staff. Rooms were comfortable by Japanese standards. It's close to the train station and several restaurants. The hotel was full though and we were in a smoking room which stunk of stale cigarettes.

Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Everything at the hotel was of a very high standard.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a difficulty finding the hotel. From the Osaka station you will see the Hotel name on the building (Shin-Osaka Station but this was not the right hotel. There are two Shin-Osaka station hotels (one behind the other). Annex Shin-Osaka Station hotel is the one you will see from the train station and the hotel I stayed (Shin-Osaka Station hotel with some other fist name) was smaller/older was hidden behind the larger Annex hotel. Also, the direction on the website was not very clear. You must use EAST exit from the train station of you cant get to your hotel. The room was very-very small. We are on 14 day vacation trip to Japan visiting 7 cities and this hotel was the smallest. The bathroom was so small I could not close the door when I was sitting on the toilet. No place for three bags (2 small and 1 medium size). Also, the breakfast was just ok - one of the simplest breakfast we had in Japan. We wanted to take two small sandwiches to our trip to Kyoto and we were told by the hotel staff "NO". No explanation just "NO". Whats the big deal? No coffee or tea available other than the breakfast time. However, the hotel did offer hot green tea in the lobby. Please dont get me wrong. Hotel staff were very nice (but all Japanese hotel staff are nice) and they were very professional but we expected little more from the hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again in Osaka as there are 100s of other hotels in Shin-Osaka area.
B	B K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms may be smaller than what foreigners may be used to, but it has everything you need. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, being super close to Shin-Osaka station. Only complaints I have is that the hotel’s power outlets are all two-prong and doesn’t have three-prong outlets that I need, but an adapter solves this issue. Also, breakfast is the same every day, and could get repetitive if you are staying long. Pro-tip: only go to the east entrance of the station if you are taking JR. For Shinkansen and the subway, go across the green bridge over the train tracks and enter through the main entrance. Saves a couple minutes of walking.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location for people using the High Speed Rail 高铁. The breakfast quality was good for the price! But the quality of the rooms are two star at best. The room smelled. The temperature controls for both air and water were poor. And the environment was dirty.
N	Nadia Azhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Basic with a decent size room and super friendly staff. It's very convenient for exploring Osaka. Rooms have all amenities plus extras for free if you forget. Although its a stone throw from Shin Osaka ...you need to cross a very high walkway to get there, which you can't do with heavy luggage if you're alone so you need to get a cab.
A	Aliyah Hadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a room with four single beds for four people that has a connecting door to another room with a double bed for two if by chance you’re traveling in a group of six. They also have washing machines and dryers down in the lobby for you to wash your clothes. Very convenient :) The location is quite strategic, although, you have to cross the railways by going through the bridge, climbing up the stairs to get to Shin-Ōsaka Station which is just right across. It shouldn’t be a problem sweating up a bit. The staffs are very nice, overall considerate to the guests.
