鶴	鶴屋徒然 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんの前知識もなく、イメージもなく、バイアスもなく中華そば(小)頼みました。魚介系が強いのと激熱なだけ。このご時世食べるのに苦労するほど熱いのが売りだなんて。他にいくらでも最後まで美味しく食べられるラーメンあります。そもそもラーメン食べ切るのに温くなんてならないし。なので2度目はないです。 I ordered Chinese noodles (small) without any prior knowledge, no image, and no bias. p	pakun makun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尊敬してる「RAMEN GOTTSU』の原点になった店なのでフードコートですが来店させて頂きました。事前コメントに有る様にスープが熱いので中々食べ進める事が出来ないですがスープは魚介類出汁と豚骨のＷスープで魚介類が勝っておりRAMEN GOTTSUの豚骨粘度が弱い感じで、日本蕎麦にも似ており素直にスープは美味しい。恐らくセントラルキッチンで作られたスープを温めて提供してるのでスープは良いですが麺、盛り付けが雑で流石フードコート。小ラーメン735円の量が少なく感じるのでライス類が欲しい。 It's a food court because it was the origin of the respected "RAMEN GOTTSU", but I visited the store.
