S	Satoshi 0710 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春日部の大黒屋本舗さん初訪です。写真は「ふじ麺（大盛り）」。ふじ麺というだけあって富士山のように野菜が盛ってました。野菜はもやし中心ながらキャベツも多く入っていました。麺はモチモチ極太麺、スープは豚骨系（乳化）＋αな味です。食した感想は予想以上のうまさ。アブラもほどほどでおっさんには優しい二郎系でした。写真の小皿2枚はセルフトッピングで、奥が辛アゲ、手前が漬けニンニク。漬けニンニクがとてもうまかったのですが、お昼なので少量にしました。どんぶり、箸、おしぼりがお盆に乗ってでくるところも好感触でした。今回、たまたま出張だったのですが、大黒屋本舗さんに行くためだけに春日部までいってもいいと思いました。 This is my first visit to Daikokuya Honpo in Kasugabe. The photo is "Fuji noodles (large serving)". As it was called Fuji noodles, vegetables were piled up like Mt. Fuji. The vegetables were mainly sprouts, but there were also many cabbage. The noodles are very thick and chewy, and the soup has a pork bone-based (emulsified) + α taste. The impression I ate was better than I expected. Abra was also moderate and Jiro was kind to the old man. The two small plates in the photo are self-topping, with spicy age in the back and pickled garlic in the foreground. The pickled garlic was very good, but since it was lunch, I made a small amount. I also liked the fact that the bowls, chopsticks, and hand towels came out on the tray. I happened to be on a business trip this time, but I thought I could go to Kasukabe just to go to Daikokuya Honpo.
田	田中真二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに行き、ふじ麺(780円)を注文。麺は太麺のゴワゴワしたタイプ。力強さがあり、美味しいです。スープは煮干し主体の濃厚系。まずくはないけど、つまらない味でした。またスープ量も非常に少なかった。(写真の量しかない) 具はチャーシューとモヤシとキャベツ。モヤシとキャベツは茹でただけの味付け無し。量はもやし袋8割ほど。チャーシューは箸で崩せるレベル。大きさは一般サイズよりは大きめ。全体量はそれなり。一見多そうに見えるのは丼が小さいだけであり、比較用の通常サイズの割りばしが巨大に見えるほど。さらに以前あった、下記の無料サービスは無くなっていた。・野菜の増減が出来ない。(コール自体が無い) ・ランチの麺増量(中盛り変更)が出来ない。・ランチのドリンク1杯が無い。久々に行ったけど、こんなお店だったっけ？麺は美味しかったけど、他がダメなので星2にしました。 I went to lunch and ordered Fuji Noodles (780 yen). At first glance, the only thing that looks so large is that the bowl is small, and the normal-sized split for comparison looks huge. Even earlier, the following free services have disappeared. ・ I cannot increase or decrease the amount of vegetables. (No call itself) ・ I cannot increase the amount of noodles for lunch (change in the middle). ・ There is no one drink for lunch. I went after a long time, but was this a store? The noodles were delicious, but I chose star 2 because others were useless.
D	Dr. K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふじ麺（７８０円）いただきました。中盛無料でお好みオーダーは無いものの盛りは良く、満足感高いです。スープはドロドロ豚骨系で味は濃い目。セルフコーナーに水、調味料、辛い天かす、醤油漬けニンニクが有ります。チャーシューも麺もスープもアツアツで最後まで美味しく食べられます。ガッツリ食べたいときはいいかも。 I had Fuji noodles (780 yen). 猫	猫のfelix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガッツリ系のラーメン、煮干系の粘土の高いつけ麺が頂けます。駅からのアクセスも良く、店舗向かいにコインパーキングもあります。昼と夜とで提供するメニューが変わります。 -------------------------------------------------------- ※以下移転後のレビュー店舗が移転してから夜に初訪問です。食券制からテーブルにて注文のシステムに変わっていました。驚いたのはテーブルの上に灰皿が。移転後はまさかの喫煙店になってました。もちろん分煙などもなく、店内は漂うタバコの臭い...。これは飲食店として非常に残念です。ラーメンの味もタバコの臭いに全て打ち消されました。こちらのようにアルコールを提供しないラーメン専門店で、喫煙できるというのは...時代に逆行してると言わざるを得ません。本当に残念でなりません。 -------------------------------------------------------- ↑上記のレビュー後しばらく足が遠のいていましたが、久しぶりに恐る恐る再訪。すると灰皿は店外に設置され、店内は禁煙になっていました。店内もラーメンの香りのみ。久しぶり食べたつけ麺は以前と変わらぬ美味しさでした。よってレビューも★1→★5に変更させて頂きます。 You can enjoy gutsuri ramen and dried sardines with high clay. P	Pom M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 微妙に移転してきたので久々に訪問。前の店舗の方がラーメン屋ぽかったのですが、移転先は喫茶店みたい。味は変わらず良かった。先日はお昼閉店間際に担々麺を注文。なかなか好みの味でした。とある日は魚介ラーメンいただきました。ふじ麺以外もかなりいけます。でもふじ麺普通盛でこのサイズ感・・・それでも手抜きなしの味はやめられませんね。麺も肉もうまい。 It's been a while since I moved a little. レ	レオ[タートル]・ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ10年以上経つか移転前の店舗には何度かお邪魔していました。経営者の変更、昼夜でメニュー分けてたのを分店としてそれぞれ独立させ、金浪というお店をオープンしたりと色々あったようです。ふじ麺780円(税込)を注文しました。野菜増しとか出来たのかも知れませんが、特に記載なかったのでデフォルトオーダーしました。器は小さいけど、デフォルトでも中々の盛りっぷりです！魚介と肉系の濃厚ダブルスープって感じで、ニンニクも効いてますね。懐かしくもあるけど、昔の方がもっと濃厚だったというかパンチが効いてたような…思い出補正かな( ・◇・)？同行者が頼んだ煮干しラーメンは細麺でとっても美味しそうに見えたんですけど、口に合わなかったみたいです。昔は行列も出来る人気店だったんだけど、店内ガラガラで寂しい雰囲気でした。良いもの持ってると思うので、頑張って欲しいですね。 It's been more than 10 years since then, and I've been in the store several times before the move. 權	權田与一（えどがー） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらく二郎系を欲してて、午前中に市役所に行く用事があり近場で調べ辿り着いた大黒屋本舗。口コミを見つつ、ふじ麺小豚を中盛りサービスで注文。総合して個人的には大好き。麺はワシワシゴワゴワとはいかないけど食べ応えのある感じスープは魚介系の味がいい具合に優しい感じ豚、ニンニクが味を染みさせたモノでこれは賛否両論なのかもだけど、魚介系のスープだからパンチが足りない！とか思っちゃう人でもガツンとした味にしてくれる無料トッピングで辛い揚げ玉もありますし、山椒もあるので次回トライしたいなーインパクトだけでなく本当に美味しかったです。 Daikokuya Honpo, who had been wanting Jiro for a while and had a business to go to the city hall in the morning, and found out in the vicinity.
