k	kbh t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「いうえもん」なのか「いううぇもん」なのか「いえもん」なのか店名で迷うこちらのお蕎麦屋さん。現代風なら「いえもん」が正解なのだと思います。さて、冷たい鶏そばを注文。ちょっと硬めに茹でられた二八そば、個人的にはもう少し柔らかい方が好きだけど硬め好きの人の方が多いと思うのでご時世でしょう。出汁は宗田節？枯れ節？の効いた節感あふれる味付け。色は濃いけど塩っぱくなく美味しい。評判のラーメンも気になるところですね。 This buckwheat noodle shop is lost in the name of “Iuemon” or “Uumon” or “Iemon”. 黒	黒猫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店時に挨拶もなければこちらに気づかず、後からの入ったお客には挨拶もありお冷も先に出されちょっと対応がと思ってしまいました。今回は冷やし鶏そば頂きました。蕎麦は細麺ですが喉越しも良く美味しかったです。鶏肉もゴロッとしており食べごたえがあります。スープは冷たく、少し酸味があるダシの効いた汁でした。ただちょっとネギの辛味が勝っていたのが気になりました。 I didn't notice this if I didn't have a greeting when I entered the store, and I thought that the customers who came in later would have a greeting and the cold would be given first, so I thought it would be a little better.
