渡	渡邉正行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先ずは写真の「なめこせいろ」。椀には大きい「なめこ」が「大根おろし」と一緒にたっぷり入っていました。次に「せいろ」をもう一枚食べました。「田舎そば」と称して、茹でが足らずにいたずらに硬い蕎麦が多い中、しっかりと茹でた上でキチンとコシがあるお蕎麦でした。おつゆは、かえしに対して幾らか鰹ダシが強めで藪のようなパンチはありませんが、いいバランスでした。ご夫婦なのかなあ、お店の方の雰囲気もとても気持ち良かったです。 First of all, the photo "Nameko Seiro". o	oshi Hir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンター、テーブル、小上がりの座敷、おそらく大人数用の広間もあるかと。お店の方も感じが良く、店内の雰囲気が落ち着いていて蕎麦を楽しめる空間。注文したのは期間限定の牡蠣そば。つゆは濃くなく薄くなく丁度良く、蕎麦の香りほんのり、だしが物凄く効いているが口飽きしない美味しさ。食べ終わった後1時間くらいも美味しさが続く感じは質の良いだしを使ってくれているのではないかと。これは初めての経験！ I wonder if there will be a counter, a table, a small tatami room, and perhaps a hall for a large number of people. The space is pleasant and the atmosphere is calm and you can enjoy soba. I ordered oyster soba for a limited time.
