汁の味付けはこのみで、量も十分でしたがもっと食べたくなるような味付けでした。
鶏肉は、もう少しコリコリした食感が好みですが十分おいしかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形市内にある、河北の肉ソバ屋さん「いろは」と似た肉ソバが食べられる山形市内の唯一のお店です。気取らなくて何を食べても美味しく無難だな庶民的なお店だと思います。 肉中華も肉うどんも美味しいです。 その時々で味が微妙に違います。 冬期間には太いうどんがあり、頼むと太っというどん食べられますよ。 これがまた暖かいのが有り難く美味しい冬季期間の楽しみです。
味噌ラーメンもニンニク臭く脂っこくて美味しいですよ。
昔の古い店舗だった時の方が、味が深かった様な気がしてます。その時から人気店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前より気に成ってましたこのお店は今迄混んでて嫌われてましたが、今回は、かみさんと一緒に入れました。もちろんラーメンのお願いして待ちます。本日２軒目のラーメンが着丼です。色が濃い目のラーメンですよ!先程のラーメンとまたひと味違う物でスルスル入ります。流石にかみさんは半分程で自分の助太刀を希望ですよ?自分は、早速助太刀を買って出まして、2.5杯目に挑戦?なんて事無く完食です。ここのお店のラーメンも美味しく頂きました!ご馳走様でしたー?一軒目から出てまだ40分位でした。流石に腹いっぱいだけど、まだいける。このあと病院で撮影会が有ります。?胃の中の物が分かるので余りパンパンにしていけません。
