担当さんは家造りアドバイザーｆさんでした
懇切丁寧で説明は分かりやすく、とても好感が持てる方です。
五年経過しましたが外装内装共に問題は発生していません。とてもしっかりしています
○夏、朝クーラー全力運転させて部屋をガンガンに冷やしてからエアコンを止め外出し、夕方６時頃帰宅したら涼しいままだったということがありました。家の保温性能はバッチリです。
○エアコンを買った際、設置に来てくれた業者さんが、「色んなハウスメーカーと取引あるけど今は山形じゃ楽々ホームが一番いい仕事してる。親会社がトップ建材っていう山形最大手の会社だから材も間違いないものを使ってる」と絶賛していました。
実際、5年間住みましたが不満はほぼありません。借家住まいの時に散々悩まされた
湿気問題はこの五年全く感じていません。
この一点だけ見ても楽々ホームで家造りして良かったと思えます。
ハウスメーカー選びに悩んでいる人がもしいるなら、楽々ホーム、お薦めします。

○ In the summer, the cooler was driven all the way to cool down the room, and then the air conditioner was turned off. The insulation performance of the house is perfect.
○ When I bought an air conditioner, the contractor came to me and said, “We have dealings with various house makers, but now Yamagata is doing the best job easily in Yamagata. That ’s why I ’m using the right materials. ”
Actually, I lived for 5 years, but there is almost no dissatisfaction. I was troubled a lot when I rented a house
I haven't felt any moisture problems in the last five years.
Even looking at this one point, I think it was good to build a home with ease.
If there are people who are troubled with choosing a house maker, we recommend you to use it easily.

専門家に契約書を見せると「これは絵本ですか？」と苦笑いしていました。質はおのずと想像できることでしょう。
会社名を何度も変更しているのも胡散臭いですね。
高い買い物です。気を付けてください。
