★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホンダカーズ山形全般に言えますが、売る時は一生懸命ですが、売った後は適当です。
社員教育やアフターサービスに力を入れていないのが素人目にもわかります。
要改善かと。
私の家族も言っていたので間違いないです。
こちらの店舗の電話対応した若いスタッフの対応が馴れ馴れしくてどうかと思います。
何回か会ってるのならまだしも、初めて電話で話すのにあの対応はないと思います。
おじさんの営業マンは
「お会いするの初めてでしたっけ？」
は？３回目ですけど？笑
おそらく今後ホンダの車を買う事は無いかと思います。

電話連絡時に作業が30～40分かかると言われたが予約来店すると受付で１時間と言われた。人によって毎回言う事が違う。
買わない客には対応が違うようだ。
次にココで買いたいとは思わない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現車確認のため土曜10時半頃アポなしでお邪魔し、ほぼ満席でした。担当者の方と車を見るまで40分、ライト等の確認のためバッテリーを取り付けもらうまでさらに40分、見積もりを頂くまで30分程度かかりました。
12時半頃は来客数1～2組程度でしたので、比較的スムーズな対応が期待できるかと思います。
It was almost full without disturbing around 10:30 on Saturday to check the current car. It took 40 minutes to see the car with the person in charge, another 40 minutes to get the battery installed to check the lights, etc., and about 30 minutes to get an estimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコン効きすぎ、寒くない様にして行ったのにそれでも寒かった40分待つのは、大変でした本当は窓際が良かったかな〜今さらだけど。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車を見に行きましたが店員さん(石川さん)の対応がすごく良かったです！営業さんでも整備士を持っていてきちんと答えてくれるし、お客様の要望を聞いてくれるし、無理やり売りつけようとする感じもなく素敵なお店でしたヾ(o´∀｀o)ﾉ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう5年前です。思い出の部類です。欲しかった車がネット上に上がっていたので現物確認のために行ってみた。試乗したいと言ったら駐車場の中ならとのこと、試乗車なのになぜ？と思いながらも、気に入ったので購入しました。後日引き取りに行きました。なんか、エンジンフードからカラカラ音がするしフロントからも異音、自宅についてフードを開けたらびっくり、何か液体の入ったスプレーが出てきたこれが原因でカラカラ音がしてたのね。フロントを調べると幌の収納ボックスのネジが三本とも締まってない、いやー東北ってこんなにもひどいのかーと思った,地元のホンダカーズに行く機会があったので,この話をしたら系列は違えど、同じホンダとして申し訳ございません。となんか悪いことしちゃった。全国どこでも同じサービス受けたいよね。
