★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this place in the shibuya gourmet map. The budget was still reasonable and we haven't had a Japanese BBQ meal, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurany door was so small we thought it was a back door to another establishment. But inside, the place small but very nice. They have lunch set menu in english between ¥1.080 - ¥1.380 including steamed rice, small simple salad and free flow ice tea. The staff are super friendly and speak basic english. A friend of mine doesn't eat beef, the staff easily say that they can change the combo set beef to chicken. A very satisfying lunch! I recommend for tourists just for the service alone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not tourist friendly, this has really been the worst experience i have had i Japan so far. The waiters are careless and the language barrier worsens the situation. We felt overlooked by the staff, clicking on the help button several times without getting any service.
We ordered a full course meal and got the Main course first, then after 45 minutes when we where about to leave, we got the appetizer and the 3rd plate at the same time.
Again the worst experience, they craved a full price deposit for the whole scandal, tried to negotiate but we only got a small discount.
There are not only touristst that have had these experience, read other review's and see that this restaurant need imporvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the ambiance. We ordered the steak, shrimp, rice and kimchi. They brought out some meatball appetizers that we put on the coal and they were so incredibly tender! I loved them! Also the prawns were huge and i drizzled them in the Japanese bbq sauce and then put them on the fire and they were amazing! They also gave us dessert and it was like a pastry similar to a croissant with vanilla ice cream inside and that was also great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious place. We had the Wagyu and the 800g of beef. Just like advertised you get a full block of meat. You would sear all sides. then, the restaurant will slice it into pieces for you to continue to BBQ.. good was delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good food and is a great place to go with your friends/coworkers.
You should get the Himalayas meat. They will bring you a block of meat and your job is to sear all sides for 30 seconds. Once you have done that, you call a staff member to cut it up for you. They will brake it to the kitchen and bring it back all sliced up. You then sear both sides for 3 seconds and use many of the dips they will provide.
They have other food as well but the main attraction is the Himalayas meat I just described.
I have been here a few times but every time the staff are great and the experience has been great.
