★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく対応が不誠実。何度も電話で質問をしたが、毎回調べて折り返すと言われ折り返しの電話は１度もなかった。初めて連絡してから１ヶ月以上たち、らちがあかないため直接訪ねることを伝えると担当の人から電話が来た。要望には答えられないと言われたが、もし無理ならもっと早く連絡をすべき。
 Anyway, the correspondence is insincere. I asked a number of questions over the phone, but I was told to check and return each time, and I had never had a call back. A phone call comes from the person in charge when it tells you to visit directly for more than a month after contact for the first time because there is no chance. I was told that I can not answer the request, but if I can not do it I should contact you earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当にオススメしません。ほかの方が言うように対応が雑ですしこちらに知識がないと見下したような対応をしてきます。特に電話対応はひどいです。受付女性、男性ともに。声も聴きづらいうえにやる気のないトーン。聞き返すと、私はため息されました．．．（相手は聞こえてないと思っているのかもしれません）
初めて引っ越し等する方にはとても冷たいと感じます。
慣れている方なら平気かもしれませんが、、
I don't really recommend it. As others say, the correspondence is crude and I will respond as if I had no knowledge of this. Especially the telephone support is terrible. Reception Female and male. Tones that are hard to hear and unmotivated. When I heard it back, I sighed. ． ． (Maybe they don't think they can hear you.)
Those who move for the first time feel very cold.
