蒔	蒔田奈穂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月16日(月)の20時半頃に電話をして出てくれた方の電話対応が最悪でした。やる気のない挨拶に態度の悪い口調、話にならないと思って違う方に変わっていただけますかと言ったら、そのまま電話を切られました。病院に勤めるものとしてこの対応をあり得ないと思いました。というか社会人としてこの対応•態度はあり得ないことです。これを注意できない病院側にも問題はあると思いますがきちんとご指導しているのでしょうか。私も接客業もしているので電話対応したりするのですが、病院の雰囲気は電話対応からも出ると言われているので最悪な病院と思われてしまっても仕方のないことだと思いますよ。星1もつけたくないですが、星をつけないと投稿できないので。 The telephone response of the person who called and answered at around 20:30 on November 16 (Monday) was the worst.
