一年半前とランチメニューが変わってた。 前のが満足度は高かったな。。。 今回は鯛茶丼 味は、まあまあ。 生卵無料は、嬉しいサービス 丼だったからか、温泉卵もサービスで付いてきた♪ 13時以降はドリンクも無料。 だから、ラストオーダー直前に入っても混んでるのかな。

ざる見せからの魚?から、しゃぶしゃぶとお刺身を注文! 魚種がいっぱいあって迷いますが、店員さんがオススメしてくれるので迷わず決めることが出来ました! 魚によって出汁が替わるこだわり様は流石です?シメに雑炊かそばがあって迷いましたが、名物の土釜飯があったのでそちらを頂きました? どれも美味しく、とても満足です。
We ordered shabu-shabu and sashimi from fish ? from the zaru show! There are many fish species and I'm lost, but the clerk recommends it so I was able to decide without hesitation! The specialty of changing the soup by fish is as expected. I was at a loss as there was a porridge or soba in the shime, but I got a special pottery rice, so I got it there. Everything is delicious and very satisfying.

平日の夜に利用してみました。 淡路島の幸が堪能できるお店です。 地下なので入りにくいかな、と思いますが、入ってみると落ち着いた空間で料理やお酒を楽しめます。 ざる見せで見せてもらったお魚を好きな調理方法で調理してもらえるのが楽しくて、美味しくて、お薦めです。私はメバルを選んで煮つけにしてもらいました。 鱧の焼き霜造りや、トマトのつかみ取り、玉ねぎの月見蒸しなどと一緒に淡路島産の日本酒、ビワ茶ハイ、びわハイボールなど楽しめましたよ。 3人以上だとお得なコースもあるのでお薦めします。

ややお値段高めです。 淡路の食材は美味しいですが、玉ねぎの甘みがそうでもなかったなぁと。 期待の出汁もそんなに感じられず、調味料の味の方が強かったかな。 味付けは淡路と言うより江戸前をイメージした方が近いかと思います。 ご接待に向いてるお店ですね。
It is a little expensive. The ingredients in Awaji are delicious, but the sweetness of the onions was not so. I didn't feel so much of the broth I expected, so the taste of the seasoning was stronger. I think the seasoning is closer to the image of Edo-mae than to Awaji. It's a good store for entertaining.

淡路島産の食材が美味しい和食のお店。 入ってすぐに、検温、予備用のマスクとマスクポケットを受け取り席に着くと各テーブルにコロブロックが置いてありました。 座席も他のお客さんとは離していてコロナ対策もバッチリで安心感がありました。 何度か訪問していますが、ざる見せもコロナ対策で1匹づつラップされていました。 ほうぼうともう一種類、名前を忘れてしまいましたが注文して、塩焼きとお造りでいただきました! とっても美味しかったです。 土釜めしとお味噌汁で〆。 お腹いっぱい!! また行きたいです。

Good fish speciality restaurant, the nabe with fish shabu-shabu style was delicious. 4500yen course was very satisfying.

Very nice restaurant for Japanese fish. You can pay for the fish and choose the way to cook it. I picked a whole fish and divided it into shoyu based stew and roasted in salt. Also, sometimes they have specialties from some regions in Japan. When I went there they had many options from Awaji Island, in Hyogo. Including their delicious onion.
