★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷駅ですと田園都市線や東横線に近い地下B３出口から地上に出ますと、すぐそばに出てくる感じになります。ビル自体は古いのですが、リノベーションしてますので、共有部分となるエレベーターやトイレなど綺麗ですし、トイレの洗剤はPOLAですから、少し得した気分。夕方は上層階に進学塾があるので、少しだけ中高生が多くなりますが、優秀な子ども達なので、静かですし、なんら問題ございません。
 At Shibuya Station, if you go to the ground from the underground B3 exit near the Denen-toshi Line or Toyoko Line, you will feel like you are right next to it. The building itself is old, but since it has been renovated, the elevators and toilets that are common areas are clean, and the toilet cleaner is POLA, so I feel like I've gained a little. In the evening, there is a cram school on the upper floors, so there are a few junior and senior high school students, but since they are excellent children, it is quiet and there is no problem.
