★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文具売場がある。品揃えが良い訳ではないがこの立地で1階に有るのは便利。そして安い。なかなか売っていないシャチハタのネーム印のインクが売っていて助かりました。
There is a stationery department. The product lineup is not good, but it is convenient to be on the first floor in this location. And cheap. It was helpful to see the ink of Shachihata's name stamp, which is hard to sell.

店員の態度が非常に悪いです。探していた商品を最初に話しかけた中国人の女の子ではわからず、その後専門のスタッフが来て、探していた商品の用途を伝えたら開口一番「99%その使い方できないですね～」と馬鹿にしたような態度で言われた。話がうまく伝わってないなと思い説明しようも食いぎみに否定され、挙げ句の果て他の商品提案どころか「それで試して返品交換は一切できないんで～」とまで言われた。こっちは、返品なんてするつもりもないに、なぜそこまで言われなければいけないのか。非常に不愉快でした。販売員なら客がなにを欲しいのか情報収集して、他の商品を提案すること位できないのかと思いました。自分も接客業をしていることもあり、ここまでレベルの低い接客初めてです。もう二度とビックカメラは行きません。

The attitude of the clerk is very bad. The Chinese girl who first talked to the product I was looking for didn't understand, and then a professional staff member came and told me the purpose of the product I was looking for. I was told with an attitude like that. Even though I thought that the story was not well communicated, I was denied by the bite, and even said, "I can't try it and return or exchange it at all" instead of proposing other products. I don't mean to return it, so why should I say so much? It was very unpleasant. I wondered if a salesperson could collect information about what customers wanted and propose other products. Since I am also in the customer service business, this is the first time for me to serve customers at such a low level. BicCamera will never go again.
