★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from the apple store, they couldn't change my phone and asked me to ordered a repaired one online but didn't mention it would cost me 20 000 yen! What the f. ??? Not acceptable considering I've got a apple care plus. I will never deal with apple bull....ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store had 2 customers inside, 4 waiting outside. I knew exactly what I needed to buy, but the next “appointment” to buy was in 4 hours. They’ve been dragging these restrictions far beyond what is necessary. The Shinjuku location is much more organized in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there specially to buy Mac Mini with 16 GB ram, they said customize order can only be done on website only. I said I can order here now and pick from here later , they said its company policy and I dont have credit card but cash only
They need to work on their policies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite Apple stores to go to. They have everything and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wait for awhile due to popularity but it’s worth the wait since they have qualified professional to help with most issues. They have English speakers so you don’t have to worry about that.
