★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忍野八海近辺で山梨県の名物、吉田うどんを提供しているお店を探しに、調べたらこのお店様が出てきたので、13時ごろに来店。
彦兵衛さんは、以前まで厨房に立っていた店主がご病気になられて、現場を退いたそうで、今は違う方が切り盛りされていると、近くの駐車場の案内をしてくださっている方からの情報を得て訪問。
暖かいうどんと、冷たいうどんを注文して、いざ着丼！
非常にボリューミーで、一本一本の麺が太くコシが強いです！
そしてすすれない（笑）
お肉も天ぷらもキャベツも味が染みててとても美味しかったです！初の吉田うどんはとても美味しく頂けました！
 I searched for a shop near Oshino Hakkai that offers Yamanashi's specialty, Yoshida udon, and found this shop, so I came to the shop around 13:00.
Mr. Hikobei said that the owner who used to stand in the kitchen got sick and left the site, and now he is guiding us to a nearby parking lot when a different person is in charge. Visited with information from people.

It's very voluminous, and each noodle is thick and chewy!
And I can't pass it (laughs)
The meat, tempura and cabbage were soaked in taste and it was very delicious! The first Yoshida udon was very delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very tasty noodles! It was a simple one, i chose the mega one which was 600 yen only! Super super yummy! I could not find the same taste and noodle texture in Tokyo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible value of money, udon only costs you 400-600 yen which is way too cheap for any meal in japan. The taste is also fine, you can see a lot of local people having lunch or dinner here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest surprise in our one day trip. Local family run restaurant, cozy environment, reasonable priced food, great taste noodles. It looks like udon, but it's make of flour and it's firmer than a rice-made udon. I loved it.
Smoking is allowed in the restaurant, FYI.
