★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほうとうと鯉の洗いを頂きました。正直な感想は普通でした、、、。特徴は大きめの豚肉が入っていることこな？ 出汁が弱かったので、そこが残念、、。鯉の洗いは、、、ま、こんなもんって感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほうとうと虹ますの塩焼きをいただきました。焼きたての虹ますはふんわり柔らかく塩加減もちょうど良かったです。
ほうとうは具沢山で優しいお味。お汁まで美味しくいただきました。
テーブルやメニュー表等の消毒も丁寧にされていて、しっかり感染症対策されていたところも好印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在の ほうとう は美味しいのよ言われ、入店。ほうとう と言うと、平たいうどんとかぼちゃが記憶に残っています。箸を付けてから写真を撮っていないことに気付き、体裁を少し整えてから撮影しました。白みその味が麺と合っていて、とっても美味しくいただきました。
鯉のあらいは食べませんでした。ちょっと残念でした。
子供の頃に食べた ほうとうは、すいとんと並んで、あまり美味しい食べ物ではありませんでした。うどん粉の質が悪かったのでしょう。二度と食べたくないものの中にはいっていました。
このお店での体験の味で覆されました。落差が大きかったので、こうして書いていても、あの味をもう一度味わいたい！と思うほどです。
ご馳走さまでした。
私たちは、テーブル席でいただきましたが外観に向かって右側に行きますと、お座敷があり、十人単位でお食事ができることに気付きました。
利用客が少なくはないお店であると感じさせられました。
富士山の湧水を引いてきている、見事な庭が作られているとのことですが、帰宅してから、ネットで知りました。
洗面所が広くて、清潔でした。大切なことです。

We had a table seat, but when we went to the right side of the exterior, we noticed that there was a tatami room and we could eat in groups of ten.

店内は座敷と椅子席が有ります。
富士山よりの雪解け水が涌き出、築庭と池が座敷から見られます。
一部ガラス張りの舞台になり池で泳ぐ鯉.虹鱒が眺められます。

鯉のあらい、虹鱒の焼き物、お蕎麦(山芋を利用、天婦羅も10品有りました)、ほうとう(具沢山です)…等々湧水のお陰で美味しく頂けるのでしょう。
お味も優しい味付けで、お値段もリーズナブルだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice cozy, make you feel at home restaurant that serves delicious udon and soba. The soba is of the traditional variety, but the udon is more of a flat, thicker noodle. The salted river trout was outstanding and I highly recommend it. Great staff and reasonable prices.

We ordered 3 sets of soba and udon.
Tried one of the local speciality hotou with lot of vegetables and meats. Great!
I liked their soba - Chewy and tasty.
Portion is huge.
Good place for food however Ambience is average.
No English menu...however you can refer to the photos for the menu.
