しかし、コロナの影響もありレビューでしられる忍野流？（笑）のお蕎麦を買うともれなく試食つき、というのはありませんでした。忍野の蕎麦を堪能したかったので残念。
お蕎麦はせっかくなので購入しました。
後日、自宅で楽しみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お土産用のソバかうどんを買うと1箱につき1枚の試食サービスを提供してくれるシステム。
お土産用はソバ、細麺うどん、太麺うどん、ミックスの4種類があり、どれも540円とリーズナブル。
なお試食サービスは購入商品に関わらず全て細麺のうどんが提供される。試食なので他のサイドメニューやドリンク類は一切ない。
なお、サービスが細うどんに統一されているのは茹で時間を統一するためだそうで、今回はその場で買ったソバを食べたいとお願いしたら茹でてくれたけど混雑時は対応してくれないかもしれません。
肝心の細うどんのお味はというと、これがとても美味しい。
水切りが甘そうに見えたのでべしゃべしゃかな？と思って食べたらこれが喉越し抜群でキリリと冷えていて本当に美味しかった。
量もしっかりと、高めの蕎麦屋の倍くらいはある。
お土産は賞味期限が4-5日とのことで、帰ったらまたうどんを食べなきゃいけないのかと思ったが、美味しいので全く問題なくツルツルと食べてしまった。（なお冷凍すれば数カ月は持つらしい）
お土産単体で見てもリーズナブルだけど美味しい試食でさらにお得であり、一風変わったシステムは新鮮で楽しい。
また行きたいし、誰かを連れていきたいと思わせるお店だった。

水が良い証ですね。
そのうちの一つがこちら。
コロナ前は試食をやっていたそうです。
購入すると、試食がない代わりに一束サービスしてもらえました。
うどんも販売しています。
本格的な蕎麦やうどんが比較的リーズナブルに購入できますので、オススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦目的で伺いました。カウンターには、箸があったので、食事出来ますかと聞いたところ、製麺所なので食事は出来ないとの事、
生麺を購入したら、試食させていただきました。蕎麦が美味しいのはもちろんの事、うどんの細麺がとても美味しくて、追加購入しました。日保ちが冷蔵庫ですと4～5日との事でしたが、3日程度で完食！また、近いうちに伺います‼️
PS 昨日、バイクで伺いました。ここの辛味噌が美味しいんです。(冷凍するともちます)
おつゆに入れるのはもちろん、味噌汁や?に、色々工夫しだいで料理にアクセント
また、敷地内の雑木林が整地されて駐車場が広がりました。トラロープで区画されて停めやすいです。

今は飲食は、やっていませんでした。お土産のみ。大きな駐車場が有ります。このお値段で、このクオリティは、断然買いです。私は、うどんをお勧めします。美味しいです。
