民家の様な建物です。
注文は紙に書いて店員さんに渡すスタイルでした。
水とお茶はセルフサービスでした。
肉うどんを注文しました。
揚げ玉と一味唐辛子、手作りっぽい七味唐辛子は掛け放題です。
とても美味しかったです。

注文票にオーダー内容を書いてオーダーする吉田うどんのお店ならではの注文方法ですが、店内の小さなホワイトボードに品切れになっているものが書いてあるので、冷静に店内のホワイトボードを確認してから注文するものを決めるといいと思います。（11:50頃に入店したところ、この日はもう天ぷらが売り切れになっていて、たくさんのお客さんが注文内容の修正をしていました。）
吉田うどんのこの注文方法では、店員さんが無愛想だったり怖く感じることもありますが、こちらのお店の店員さんは皆さんとても優しく対応してくれます。
普通盛りの冷やしうどんに「1」と入れて、お肉の追加を口頭で伝えて注文完了。
注文から提供まではとても早いです。
歯ごたえバツグンの麺とあっさりとしたお出汁の吉田うどんで、蒸し暑い厳しい残暑でしたが冷やしなのであっという間に完食。
もちろん途中で揚げ玉や唐辛子を入れて味変しながら食べることができます。
サッと食べてすぐにお店を出るのが吉田うどんの食べ方だと思っているので、入店からお会計まで20分もかかりませんでした。
敷地内の駐車場には5台分のスペースがあり、長居するお店でもないので、タイミングによっては駐車待ちになるかもしれませんがそれほど長い時間待ち続けるようなことはないと思います。
地元の方もよくいらっしゃるようで、店員さんと地元の常連さんが和やかにお話をしていて、素朴でとても良いお店でした。

Put "1" in the regular chilled udon noodles and verbally tell the addition of meat to complete the order.
It is very fast from order to delivery.
The chewy noodles and the light soup stock Yoshida Udon made it a hot and humid lingering heat, but it was chilled, so it was completed in no time.
Of course, you can add fried balls and peppers on the way and eat while changing the taste.
I think that the way to eat Yoshida udon is to eat quickly and leave the store immediately, so it took less than 20 minutes from entering the store to making the payment.
There is space for 5 cars in the parking lot on the premises, and it is not a long-staying shop, so depending on the timing, you may have to wait for parking, but I don't think you will have to wait that long.
It seems that the locals often come, and the clerk and the local regulars talked peacefully, and it was a simple and very good shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐️近くの釣り堀からすぐのところです。まず玄関で靴を脱いで右側の座敷席へ。注文は紙に書き込んで渡します。他の吉田うどんのお店と同じですね。
⭐️お味はやっぱりお店によって個性があります。うどんは吉田うどんの中では少し細めか。肉は馬肉でよく出汁が出ています。ズリは山椒がよく効いてます。ミニカレー丼などのサイドオーダーもあり、きんぴらはこのお店の特色のようです。カレーは馴染みある家庭のお味。
⭐️吉田うどんのお店は各店個性があり違いが楽しめます。次回はきんぴらも試してみたいですね。

桜肉の味付けが丁度良い、きんぴらもピリ辛で美味しかった♪
今日は薬味を一つ購入して来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのうどんは薄味です。塩分を抑えているらしいのですが、出汁が効いてないので、残念ながら醤油をかけてしまいました。メニューにごはんがあり、ネギ味噌か南蛮味噌付けられます。味噌が足りません、醤油かけてしまいました。
