不同於開車沿路經過、和在景區內的那些大型餐廳，這邊稍偏離主要景區的傳統小店還保持著傳統口味。大鍋麵是真的用一個大鐵鍋煮好送上來再保溫，份量則是點的人數分，甲府大鍋麵基本是素的，湯頭是味噌基底加入許多蔬菜一起煮，聽說南瓜是一定會有的，的確裡面的南瓜非常鬆軟好吃。如果是自由行可自己排餐廳的話，很推薦來這間試試

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 唐揚げ定食もつ煮込み付き注文しました。柔らかな竜田揚げのようで自家製のタレに付けて頂くようです。もつ煮込みはご飯に合いますがお酒のつまみにも最高な感じでした。
I ordered a fried chicken set meal with stew. It's like soft tatsutaage, and it seems to be attached to homemade sauce. The stewed motsuni goes well with rice, but it was also great as a snack for sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目についたので入ってみた。昼過ぎということもあり混雑はなし。とはいえ閑散ともしていなかったので、ハズレではなないだろう。
ほうとうは、コンロで温めながら食べるスタイル。一人前でもそれなりのボリュームあり。具材は、南瓜、人参、大根、じゃが芋小松菜、長葱、椎茸、油揚げ、とオーソドックな感じ。具材に対して麺が少なく感じたが、全体のボリュームはそれなりにあるので、少ないわけでもなし。味は、安心できる味という感じ。
他のクチコミにも見られるが、二人前以上でも一つの鍋で出るということで、この御時世を考えると難しいところ。ただ、二人前以上だと、麺は若干硬めにしてあるらしく、コンロで煮込みながら楽しめる模様。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2人前を注文したら、一つの鍋で提供。コロナ対策でアクリル板をしているが、一つの鍋で提供されるとどう食べたらいいのか、、、一応アクリル板をどかしてもらったが、それなら鍋を二つにすべきかな？ ガスコンロをつけたまま食べるメリットもあるので、そこはお店の方針次第かも、、。
ほうとうは他店舗と比較して、野菜が少なく、肉も入ってないが、麺は太め。出汁がしっかりしてて美味しい。個人的には今のところここの麺がの太さがいい。ただ、一人前で1100円は割高な印象。
一応、無難な評価で、他店舗のほうとうを食べて行く中で、星を変えていく方針で。

Có thể cảm nhận được sự tươi ngon và chăm chút của người nấu trong từng món ăn. Gia vị, ấn tượng đầu tiên và mùi đều có cảm giác vừa đủ.
Giá rẻ.
Các lò sưởi, đặc biệt là lò sưởi đốt củi kiểu cũ tạo cảm giác cực kỳ ấm áp. Trong khi bên ngoài đang là -3 độ C thì thực sự không muốn về. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irori has pretty good food, salads, yakitori, and is super reasonable in pricing. Has a private tatami room which we use when little children are with us. Definitely try the houtou (local noodle dish) and the ojiya (rice and egg soup) both served in large metal pots.
