ぴ	ぴっち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都留文科大学のすぐ近く、いわゆる「文大通り」のテナントの一角にあるうどん屋さんです。太くて硬めの麺やスープは富士吉田市名物「吉田のうどん」に近い味と食感でとても美味しく頂けました。また揚げ玉が既製品や天ぷらの揚げカスではなく、わざわざ揚げている（と思います）ところも好感がもてました。店内は座敷席のみでピークの時間帯では相席が基本になるようです。またお水やオーダー、器の返却はセルフサービスになっています。駐車場はそれなりの台数が停められますし最寄の都留文科大学前駅からも近いのでアクセスも良好です。店員さんも皆さん元気よくお仕事をされているので気分良く食事を楽しむ事ができました。 It is a udon restaurant in the corner of the so-called “Bundai Street” tenant, right next to Tsuru Bunka University. The thick and stiff noodles and soups were very delicious with a taste and texture similar to those of Fujiyoshida City's specialty “Yoshida Udon”. I was also impressed by the fact that the fried balls were fried on purpose (rather than off-the-shelf or tempura). It seems that the inside of the store is only a Japanese-style seat, and a shared seat is basic during peak hours. In addition, the return of water, order, and vessel is self-service. The parking lot has a reasonable number of parking lots, and it is close to the nearest station, Tsuru Bunka University, so the access is good. The shop assistants were all working very well, so I could enjoy a good meal.

K	Koichirokun Forest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての訪問です。都留市の中心街にあり人気のようです。休日12時少し前に着きましたが既に待ち行列。さらに待ちが増えて行きます。会話を聞いているとほとんどが地元の家族連れ客です。6人連れ8人連れがザラで地元に愛されているお店のようです。定番の肉うどんを頼みましたが、大盛りを食べる自信がなく、1.5玉もできるということなのでそれにしました。 650円でした。周りを見ると冷やしの皿うどんを食べる人が半数ぐらいいます。具はキャベツと牛肉、油揚げ少し、ネギが乗っているものです。麺は極太硬めで箸で掴んで口に運ぶとまっすぐ喉の奥に突き刺さりウッと来るぐらいの強烈さです。スープは鰹出汁と牛肉の味がしっかりミックスされ大変美味しく、極太めんををじっくり咬みつつスープを飲んで大変楽しめる味です。家族的な雰囲気の大変お勧めのお店です。 This is the first visit. Looking around, about half of the people eat chilled udon noodles. The ingredients are cabbage, beef, a little fried chicken, and onion. The noodles are so thick that when you grab them with your chopsticks and carry them into your mouth, they will stick straight into the back of your throat and come to you for a moment. The soup is a very delicious mix of bonito soup and beef, and you can enjoy the soup while biting the thick noodles carefully. It is a highly recommended store with a family atmosphere.

秦	秦翔一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から良く訪問させて頂いておりました。味も昔から変わらず、コシもあってとても美味しいです。かなり極太な麺で、吉田のうどんを食べた事が無い人からするとビックリするかもしれません。富士吉田で行列の出来ているお店でも食べましたが、石井さんの方が美味しいなと感じでしまったので、なかなか新規開拓が出来ません（笑）値段もトッピングや大盛にして700円ぐらいですので、1000円持って行けばまずお腹いっぱいいになれます。（大盛で普通に充分満足します。）都留文科大学の近くにあり、学生さんも良く来ているそうです。また是非行こうかと思います。 I have been visiting many times since long ago.
