k	k “Hamahästmarket01” i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人の行きつけとのことで伺いました。地元の方々が入れ替わり立ち替わり訪れるお店です。おそばは細切りで喉越しよく、くるみ蕎麦のつけだれはくるみのたっぷり入った甘めのものと醤油とだしベースのそばつゆの2種類がついてきて、2倍楽しめます。近年この地域のくるみの収穫量が減っているようで、長く残ってほしいです。おそばの量も東京より多く、ランチには大変ありがたいお店です。夜は地元の方々には一杯楽しめるお店とのこと、次回は夜にぜひ再訪したいです。 I heard that it was a friend's destination. シ	シンザン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてきました。まず店員いる割に回ってない印象。感じはいいのだが従業員にゆとりが感じられない。肝心のそばはハッキリ言ってめちゃくちゃ美味い。好みもあるだろうが、細麺のコシがしっかり残ってて蕎麦の香りもしっかりある。かなりのクオリティ。蕎麦のつけ汁は美味しいのだが麺に負けてる印象、、蕎麦が強すぎて麺が弱い個人的に残念でした。写真は上天ぷらですが内容はいいのだが全然カリカリに上がってなく残念な天ぷらでした。蕎麦屋の天ぷらはカリカリに揚げないとダメでしょ？しんなりしてる天ぷらはガッカリ。ちなみに小鉢でひじきと最後デザートみたいなの出てきました。しかし蕎麦のクオリティはめちゃくちゃ高いので個人的には次は蕎麦のみ頂きます。蕎麦は凄い美味しいです。ご馳走様でした I came for the first time.
