★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OPEN前から知っていたのですが、諸事情によりなかなか行けず、2018年末にようやく行く事が出来ました。
それ以来、ほぼ1ヶ月に1回のペースで通っています。
メニューが多いので、いつも何を食べるか考えながら向かいます。
店主はホテルの中華のコックの経験、他店での蕎麦屋の経験もあり、レパートリーは豊富です。
こちらの蕎麦を食べに行くついでに、寄り道で「おやき」の店と、軽井沢に寄っています。
野沢菜は自家製で、その辺に売っている物とは味が違い、美味しいです。
 Although I knew it before OPEN, I could not go easily due to various circumstances, and I was able to finally go at the end of 2018.
Since then, I have traveled almost once a month.
There are many menus, so I always go thinking about what to eat.
The shopkeeper has the experience of Chinese cock in the hotel and the experience of buckwheat noodle shop in other stores, and the repertoire is abundant.
While I go to eat this soba, I drop by at the "Oyaki" shop and Karuizawa on a side trip.
Nozawana is homemade, and the taste is different from what is sold to the neighborhood, and it is delicious.

I got the Yuzuki set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦とソースかつ丼がセットの兎月セットを頂きました。蕎麦はコシがあって香りもよく、カツはお肉が柔らかく、ソースが染み込んだ衣もサクッとおいしかったです。両方とも美味しく頂きました。
I got a rabbit moon set with soba, sauce and katsudon. The buckwheat was chewy and fragrant, the cutlet had tender meat, and the sauce-soaked clothes were crispy and delicious. Both were delicious.

Shinshu set @ 1400 yen is recommended! The fat-laden salmon, hot spring eggs, and sesame oil from Shinshu salmon yukhoe bowl are exquisite. Of course, soba is also a definite taste. Is the pickle also original? delicious.

天婦羅饅頭が付いてます。天ぷらの盛り合わせに入ってるのは初体験。大好物だけに星5。蕎麦も美味しかったです。
Tempura Mori Soba. Tempura is particular about oil and has a crispy and flavorful taste.
It comes with a tempura bun. It was my first experience to be in the tempura platter. 5 stars only for my favorite food. The soba was also delicious.

大食漢の私は少しお蕎麦の盛りが寂しかったですが(笑)又伺います‼️
It was delicious soba. The photo shows the rabbit month set for 1,400 yen and the soba noodles for 450 yen. (Tax included) The sauce cutlet bowl was also delicious.
As a big eater, I missed the soba noodles a little (laughs), but I'll come back again! ️
