★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日11時30分到着で満席。ざるそばより田舎そばは柔らかめ。天ぷらは美味しかったです。そばがきぜんざいはモチモチふわふわで美味しかったです。
 It was full on Friday at 11:30. Countryside soba is softer than Zaru soba. The tempura was delicious. The sobagaki zenzai was fluffy and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷たいそばを頂きました。こしがあってとても美味しかったです。天ぷらも頂きました。車海老の天ぷらはぷりぷりで、季節の野菜の天ぷらは7~8種類ほどついていてさくさくで特にさつまいも天ぷらは甘くて美味しかったです。また、行きたいと思いました。
I got cold soba. It was chewy and very delicious. I also got tempura. The tempura of prawns was plump, and the tempura of seasonal vegetables was crispy with about 7 to 8 kinds, especially the sweet potato tempura was sweet and delicious. I also wanted to go.

前回4月 味もサービスも低下していましたが、
今回お味は戻ってました。
新蕎麦前なので、お蕎麦の品質は今の時期並みですが、蕎麦のコシ
出汁のお味、美味しいかったです。
相変わらず、お手伝いしている方のサービスはイマイチですが。
お蕎麦屋さんなのでそのあたりはこれくらいなのかな。

コロナの前はすごく美味しかったのに。
一体、、、どうなったというくらい
お味が低下⤵️⤵️
理由は店主が良く分かっているはず
分かってなければ、もう終わってるレベルです。
改善を期待したい。
お手伝いしている、方も段取り悪く

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味いね。鴨つけそばを頂いたが、本気に本当に美味い。今まで食べた鴨蕎麦の中で一番だな。鴨煮も、これまた一級品。また行きます。

うーん、蕎麦に余程の自信がありと伺えます。
本日は天ざるを注文。
蕎麦は緑がかった、かたゆでに細麺。
香りが強く、とても美味しいです。
つゆは出汁が強く、細麺なので、チョン付けで十分味わえますね。
天ぷらは山菜が中心で、これも美味しいです。
一点のえび天ちゃんも嬉しいです。
締めはつゆを蕎麦湯で割りましょう。
これが美味くて、つゆが無くなるまで、頂いちゃいました。
※車で訪れたので、冷酒〜おつまみ〜もりで締めるが出来なくて残念でした。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐久・御代田で上品なお蕎麦を食べたくなった時はここにきます。品のいい出汁と、江戸前の細くてつるっとした蕎麦がたまりません。
秋だけのきのこそばは、実際に山で狩ってきたきのこがゴロゴロ入った逸品です。七味をかけて、汁まで全部いただきました。美味しかった！
