鷹	鷹島剛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稲庭うどんの2大看板の1つ、佐藤養助の本店にか初めて行きました。広くて綺麗なお店で、コロナ対策も万全。 2味天せいろと、タイカレー2味セットを頂きました。稲庭うどん特有の滑らかな舌触りと平麺ながら強いコシ。のどごしの良さはさすが看板を背負ってるだけのことはある。そしてとても美しい。基本の醤油タレも、丁寧に仕事された大葉が良い香りを加えて上品。ゴマだれは濃厚で食べ応えを感じられる。タイカレーはうどん屋と思えないほど本格的な味と香りで、でも辛みは強くなく食べやすい。うどんのタレとしても以外に合うが、絶対余る。なのでご飯も欲しくなる。うどんを1玉増やしてたのでご飯は止めたが、うどん増やさずご飯付けてもよかった。付け合わせのいぶりがっこも、歯ごたえパリッとした美味しいやつで、全体的にも高級感と旨さがあり、県外の人に紹介したくなるお店でした。 I went to the main store of Yosuke Sato, one of the two major signs of Inaniwa udon, for the first time. The smooth texture peculiar to Inaniwa udon and the strong elasticity of flat noodles. As expected, there are times when you just carry a sign on your back. And very beautiful. The basic soy sauce sauce is also elegant with the carefully worked perilla leaves adding a nice aroma. The sesame seeds are rich and you can feel the response. Thai curry has a full-fledged taste and aroma that you can't think of as a udon restaurant, but it's not too spicy and easy to eat. It goes well with other than udon sauce, but it's definitely left over. So I also want rice. I stopped the rice because I added one udon noodle, but it was okay to add rice without increasing the udon noodles. The garnish Iburi-gakko is also crunchy and delicious, and it has a high-class feel and taste as a whole, so it was a shop that I wanted to introduce to people outside the prefecture.
旦	旦那さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稲庭うどん！有名な稲庭うどん食べたいということで、口コミを見ながら間違いないと踏んで来店お昼の時間帯を外しましたが、3組ほどいらっしゃいました色々試したいので、二味を注文しましたが、開いて1ページ目がカレーだったのはとても不思議… さて、二味（つけ汁）ですがカツオのだしの聞いたつゆとゴマのつゆですごまから食べると味がわからなくなってしまうと思って、まずはカツオだしから。つゆをそのまま味わうと、カツオの風味がたっぷりと広がる良い味で、うどんを軽くつけてもわかるお味ごまは、しょうがを入れると変わると店員さんがおすすめしてくれました 2玉（760g）がするっと入ってしまうくらい美味しかったですごまに関しては、水っぽくなるとうどんに負けてしまうので、追加できるか確認してみたいですね Inaniwa udon! If you taste the soup as it is, it has a good taste that the bonito flavor spreads abundantly, and you can understand it even if you lightly add udon. The clerk recommended that the sesame seeds change when ginger is added. It was so delicious that 2 balls (760g) could easily fit in. As for sesame, when it becomes watery, it loses to udon, so I would like to see if I can add it.

I also recommend menu items that use hinaijidori chicken soup if you prefer something warm. The real highlight is the noodle making workshop, and it's very affordable. Our teacher was very friendly and kind, and we had a really fun time making our own noodles -- can't wait to get them in the mail!
