Better is the physical impact. Instant ramen is basically fried noodles. Therefore, it has high calories and ingests unnecessary fat. On the other hand, the Chinese noodles at Sato Yoetsu Honpo are simply dried in the same way as Inaniwa Udon, so I didn't use oil to make them. That's why it makes the noodles chewy and chewy.
