ち	ちびあずき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うどんを茹でる人でうどんのコシが違うんだなぁと思いました。御荘店以外ではうどんのコシが無くて柔らかすぎると感じる時もあります。しかしこちらの御荘店はいつ行っても安定してコシがあるうどん(^^) もう何十年と同じ方がうどんを茹でてらっしゃいます。職人です(^^) いつも美味しいうどんをありがとうございます♪ I thought that the stiffness of udon is different depending on the person who boiled udon. Other than the Misou store, there are times when you feel that the udon noodles are not chewy and are too soft. However, this Udon restaurant is always stable and chewy (^^) The same person who has been boiling udon for decades has been boiling it. I'm a craftsman (* ^^ *) Thank you for always delicious udon ♪

H	Hiroaki Oji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼過ぎていたので誰もおらず一人お店独占。どんぶりが白色と黒色2種類あり、自分が食べられるだけどんぶりに麺を投入する方式。３玉までが白色どんぶり、３玉以上は黒色どんぶり・・・自分で好きなだけとってざるに移して湯がく不思議なスタイル。なんとなく讃岐うどん風でもある。天かすが１０円だったかな、ネギも１０円・・不思議だ。味はまぁまぁ、可もなく不可もなくって感じでした。 Since it was past noon, there was no one and the shop was monopolized by one person. 世	世界のともちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 助かりました！コロナ禍で中々空いているお店がないので、夕食を取ることができる貴重なお店です。蕎麦好きなので、うどんではなく蕎麦を3玉チョイス量的にちょうど良い。トッピングは、鳥天とごぼうのかき揚げごぼうのかき揚げは、好みです。そばは湯がいているものなので、コシなどは存在しません。出汁は美味しいですね。私の好みの出汁の濃さです。おにぎりや稲荷寿司もありますが、ゆかりおにぎり一択です。（自分の好み）駐車場も広く、昔ながらのセルフうどんのお店です。ごちそうさまでした♪ It was helpful! The quantity is just right. The toppings are toriten and burdock kakiage I like burdock kakiage. Soba is hot water, so there is no stiffness. The soup stock is delicious. This is my favorite soup stock. There are also rice balls and Inari sushi, but you can choose Yukari rice balls. (My taste) The parking lot is also large It is a traditional self-made udon shop.
