W	WANGYOUNG LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일본의 3대우동으로 불리우는 이나니와 우동의 원조격인 사토요스케 유자와 직영점입니다. 유자와역에서 버스로 30분정도 더 들어가면 총본점이 있지만 대중교통으로 가기에는 이곳 유자와점까지 오는 것도 반나절 일정으로 왔기에 눈물을 머금고 본점 대신 본점과 가장 가까운 유자와점까지 찾아 갔습니다. 참고로 도쿄긴자에도 있고 한국의 서울과 인천에도 지점이 있습니다. 서울점에서도 먹어 봤지만 이나니와 우동의 본고장인 아키타현 유자와에서 먹은 것은 하늘과 땅차이의 맛이었습니다. 우동이 나온지 4분만에 순삭시켰던 기억입니다. It is a store directly managed by Sato Yosuke Yuzawa, the originator of Inaniwa Udon, which is called the three major udon in Japan. After another 30 minutes by bus from Yuzawa Station, the main store is the main store, but it took half a day to come to the Yuzawa store for public transportation, so instead of the main store, I went to the nearest Yuzawa store. For reference, it is also in Ginza, Tokyo, and there are branches in Seoul and Incheon, Korea. I've tried it at a Seoul store, but what I ate in Yuzawa, Akita Prefecture, the home of Inaniwa udon, was a taste of the difference between heaven and earth. It is a memory of having udon cooked 4 minutes after it was served.
