従業員の方々がめっちゃ綺麗で、稲庭に引越したくなりました。
It was fun to be able to compare the taste of dried noodles and raw noodles.
The employees were so beautiful that I wanted to move to Inaba.

相変わらず綺麗で明るい館内、建物もお洒落、ビックリした事にホールの女性スタッフもエラいべっぴんさんじゃありませんか!なんでも寛文娘と言うそうです。これだけで星五つですねw
オーダーしたのはカレーうどん、稲庭うどんのカレーって食べた事ないなと思い頼んでみましたが、カレールーが絶品で小皿のポテサラや漬物も好みの味付け、汗をかきかき美味しく頂かせてもらいました。次は平日の限定ランチを食べに来たいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

I ordered curry udon and Inaniwa udon curry, but I thought that I had never eaten it, but the curry roux was excellent and I also seasoned the small plates of potatoes and pickles to my liking, and let me sweat and make it delicious. I did. Next time, I would like to come to eat a limited lunch on weekdays. It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恥ずかしながら、知りませんでした!稲庭うどんの寛文五年堂さんの工場直営店「稲庭茶寮」さん。
お得な日替りランチもあり、水曜日は「かき揚げ丼とうどん」のセット。うどんは「生と乾麺」からの選択で、温と冷も選べます。本来は稲庭うどんと言えば冷でしょうが、あまりの寒さに温をオーダー。もちろん、麺は生を(o^^o)
工場直営でなければ食べられないと思う生麺は、モチモチとした歯応えが美味しいですね!平たい乾麺とはまた違った魅力があります。ちなみに、麺は無料で大盛りにも出来るそうなので、たくさん食べたい方にも喜ばれそうですね。また行きたくなるお店でした(*^^*)
I'm ashamed to say that I didn't know! Inaniwa Udon's Kanbun Gonendo's factory-managed store "Inaniwa Saryo".
There is also a great-value daily lunch, and on Wednesdays there is a set of "Kakiage Don and Udon". You can choose hot or cold udon from "raw and dried noodles". Originally, Inaniwa udon is cold, but I ordered the temperature because it was too cold. Of course, the noodles are raw (o ^^ o)
Raw noodles, which you can't eat unless they are directly managed by the factory, have a delicious chewy texture! It has a different charm from flat dried noodles. By the way, it seems that you can make a large serving of noodles for free, so it seems that people who want to eat a lot will be pleased. It was a shop that I wanted to visit again (* ^^ *)

店舗を開設して日が経っていないのか、綺麗な店構えで照明等々洒落た感じです。生うどんと干しうどんの食べ比べを楽しめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な内装のお店で美味しい稲庭饂飩が食べられます。通常の乾麺と、工場直営ならではの生麺の食べ比べメニューがあります。これも温と冷があるので4種類食べ比べると違いが分かりやすいです。生麺のモチモチ感も魅力的でしたが、やはり冷やして締めた乾麺の洗練度が素晴らしかったかな、と個人的には思います。
You can eat delicious Inaniwa udon noodles in a nicely decorated shop. There is a menu that compares regular dried noodles with raw noodles that are directly managed by the factory. This also has hot and cold, so it is easy to understand the difference if you compare the four types. The chewy texture of the raw noodles was also attractive, but I personally think that the sophistication of the dried noodles that had been chilled and tightened was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しい稲庭うどんです。汁もアッサリした上品なお味です。三味汁の付け合わせの茗荷は良かったです。
牛蒡の天婦羅もおこわも美味しかったのですがどれも上品で余り記憶に残らなかったです。
天婦羅も牛蒡だけでなく盛り合わせも欲しいところですし美味しい漬け物や付け合わせが欲しいと思いました。
It's a very delicious Inaniwa udon. The juice is also refreshing and has an elegant taste. The Japanese ginger with the soup was good.
The burdock tempura and okowa were delicious, but they were all elegant and not very memorable.
Tempura also wants not only burdock but also assortment, and I wanted delicious pickles and garnish.
