二	二階堂龍興（Taker） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021、12/13の昼過ぎに利用、店内は自分1人だけ、店員はホール、キッチンの2人だがこちらに声をかけるでも無く只厨房におり…仕方なくカウンターに座るが何か案内をしてくるでも無く…… 暫く待つが埒が開かなくので、スイマセンとホールの店員を呼ぶが、ダルそうに「も、決まりましたかぁ…」と、メニューの説明も何も無し、このホールの兄ちゃんはこのご時世に鼻はマスクから出してるし、周りを気にするでも無く馬鹿デカイクシャミはしてるしで、頭が結構アレな典型的なゆとり高円寺民である意味笑えたが、肝心の300gのランチステーキは、まぁ値段相応、只以前よりシズル感は皆無、店員2人はUberとかの仕様の話を無駄にデカい声で喋ってるが、せめて接客でそれ位の声を出せよ… たまに食べに足を運んでますが、オーナーさんも、早いところ求人出してアルバイトの入替はしといた方が良いかなと正直感じました。 Used in the afternoon of 2021, 12/13, there is only one person in the store, the clerk is the hall and the kitchen, but I am in the kitchen without calling out to me ... N	Nakaoka Yasuyuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良いお店です。ひさびさに小金井のお店に足繁く行ってたことを思い出しました。当時よりメニューが増えてて（店もちがうし…）、分からなかったけど、スープとライスがセルフでおかわり自由なので4回もおかわり（スープです！）しちゃいましたw コロナ禍とはおもえない満席ぶり(笑高円寺行けば今度は別menuに挑戦したい〜！ところで、注文の際フロアではなくて厨房の男性が受付されましたが、170gのビフテキにセットのAを御願いしたらAセットはできませんといわれました。ちなみに…その後、隣に座った男性が普通にフロア担当のお姉様に”`Aセット”で！と注文されドリンクとサラダを食していました。野菜の摂取とステーキのバランスを取りたかったので残念です（笑また行きま〜す、今度はセットで！ It's a good shop. ね	ねこハンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ利用ではライスとスープがセルフサービスになっていて、ビニール手袋着用なしでアルコール消毒は任意。キッチン内がよく見える席に座ったので調理の様子を見ていたら、ステーキの生肉を素手で持って肉伸ばし器に入れたり、そのままの手で次の仕事をしていた。安くて美味しいお肉が食べられるお店として重宝していたのだけど、衛生観念がコロナ禍の時代にマッチしていないと個人的には感じた。 Rice and soup are self-service for lunch, and alcohol disinfection is optional without wearing vinyl gloves. I sat in a seat where I could see the inside of the kitchen well, so when I was watching the cooking, I was holding the raw steak meat with my bare hands and putting it in the meat stretcher, or doing the next job with my hands as it was.
