お店に着くとわかりますが 小さいお店で、扉の目の前が 6席ほどのＬ字カウンターです。
人ひとり通れる通路の奥に座敷が一つ。
小綺麗な店内を求める方には不向きですが、料理は すこぶる美味しいです。
お客さんは 地元の方が圧倒的に多かったと思います。持ち帰りも可。
焼くのに少し時間がかかりますが、出来立てを ヘラで食べると、ソースとソバと卵と天かすが ホント美味しいなと思えます。
広島で食べたお好み焼きで リピしたのは ここが初めてっ。

広島出身の友人からオススメされました。
予約なしでも入れましたが、地元民に愛されてる店ともあってすぐに店内は埋まってしまいました。予約は必須とまでは言いませんが、念のため予約をオススメします。
店内は席数が10〜15人ほど
カウンターで8人、テーブル4人用が2つ程度です。
昔ながらのお店ということで、決して綺麗ではありません。こぎれい、汚くはありませんといったところです。
注文が入ってから目の前の鉄板で作り始めます。1品ずつ丁寧に仕上げていくため、ゆっくりと食事を楽しみたい方にオススメです。
店主の丁寧かつ流れるような仕事ぶりを見ながら、最高のタイミングを待ちます。
店主の気さくな接客、料理のわがままを可能な限り聞いてもらえる。
１人3000円程度の価格帯です。

清潔と不潔の区別が出来ない。
料理という以前の問題。
お好み焼きも汚くて味も普通。
食事の前であんなに話されたら唾液が散るのにと
気になった。
二度といきません。

個人的には広島市内No.2、広島県内No.3です。時々、通うべき店かと思います。
とりあえずは、スジ煮込み、ホルモン、お好み焼きでしょう。まあ、お好み焼きは各自行きつけのお店がありますから、そんなに色々と比べたことはありません。しかし、間違いなく美味しい部類であると思います。
全国にも広がって欲しい味、関西支店、東海支店も欲しい。けれど、広島で食べるからこそ故郷の味、ソウルフードだと思う。
