店に入ると量り売り用の全国の味噌瓶が整然と並んでいてテンションが上がります！
また昔ながらの蔵造りの面影を残した店内は雰囲気があります。
イートインコーナーは、2人席が3つ、最大6人掛けの長テーブルだけのこじんまりした空間です。日曜昼に訪れましたが満席状態でした。
具入りの味噌汁と焼きおむすびのセットを注文しました。具は鮭または鶏が選べます。味噌汁の味噌も6種類から選べます。
ベテランの女性スタッフさん中心に皆テキパキとお仕事されていて細かいところまで目が届いていて、最高レベルの接客でした。
 A long-established miso specialty store located on Meiji-dori, a few minutes' walk from Kameido Station. You can eat a set of miso soup and rice at the eat-in corner at the back of the store.
When you enter the store, miso bottles from all over the country for sale by weight are lined up in an orderly manner, and the tension rises!
In addition, there is an atmosphere in the store that retains the remnants of the old-fashioned Kurazukuri.
The eat-in corner is a small space with 3 seats for 2 people and a long table for up to 6 people. I visited there on Sunday afternoon, but it was full.
I ordered a set of miso soup with ingredients and grilled rice balls. You can choose salmon or chicken as the ingredients. You can also choose from 6 types of miso soup.
All of them were working with veteran female staff, and they were very careful about the details, and they were the highest level of customer service.
