★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の歴史があり，業界でも超一流かと思います。が、昨日開店直後買物にドアを通ってお店に入っても、入り口側にいた2人の女性店員さん、挨拶のあと話もやめず，商品を選んでいる私に声をかけることもなく。。ちょっとちょっと、と言う感じでガッカリしました。超一流店であればこそ、説明を聞こうとする客の雰囲気を感じ取りさりげなく声をかけて欲しいなと思いました。結局、コーナーの違う店員さんに声をかけて説明をもらいました。その店員さんは感じも良く対応してくれて一安心でしたが、ちょっとガッカリですね。オシャレなビルにオシャレなお店を出せば良いのではなく、社員も全員が一流になって欲しいと歴史ある一流店に申し上げたい。そういう意味で★２つです。
私のこの口コミにオーナー側が気がついてくれるといいのですが。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コレド室町前を通過すると、いつも良いお出汁の香りがする"にんべん"を訪問?。
入店して、気になっていた、良い香りのする"飲むおだし"を注文し、目に着いた"ほかほか!かつおまん"も注文～(^^)。

飲むおだしは、美味しい香りを裏切らない、鰹の凝縮された上品な味で?～い?。
更に、そのおだしと"かつおまん"をパクりすると、鰹の濃厚な?味が凝縮されつつ、ほかほかで温まる?さ?。

からの、にんべん内を散策すると、三重県四日市生まれの"伊勢屋伊兵衛"が鰹節屋を始め、伊のにんべん、伊×2の二んべんで屋号としたお話も伺え、"現金掛け値なし"、昔使っていた"鰹節入れの木枠"などを教えてもらい、にんべんを堪能～(^^)。

今回は、にんべんの鰹の?～い味を、二へんでも、なんべんでも堪能した～い(笑)。

If you take a walk in Ninben, you can hear the story of "Iseya Ibei" born in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, starting with Katsuobushi-ya, I-no-ninben, and I-x2 Ninben. I was taught the "wooden frame for dried bonito" that I used in the past, and enjoyed Ninben ~ (^^).

味は本当にまんま茶碗蒸し！具は一切入ってません。ストローが紙なので吸引力フルパワーです！笑。最後の方はなかなか上がってきません。
飲むところが無いので外出てベンチを見つけて、そこで頂きました。ただゴミ箱が無く、結局駅までずっと手に持って行く羽目になったので、そこは困りました。

The taste is really Manma Chawanmushi! No ingredients are included. Since the straw is paper, it has full suction power! Lol. The last one doesn't come up easily.
I didn't have a place to drink, so I went out and found a bench and had it there. However, there was no trash can, and I ended up having to carry it all the way to the station, so I was in trouble there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品の品揃えはとても満足していますが、客に対して従業員が多すぎて狭い店内が更に狭く感じる。そして笑顔がほぼ見れなくて同じCOREDOの別館の茅乃舎とつい比べてしまう。目的の品物を購入して即退店。
I am very satisfied with the product lineup, but I feel that the inside of the store is even smaller because there are too many employees for customers. And I can hardly see a smile and I compare it with Kayanosha in the same COREDO annex. Purchase the desired item and leave the store immediately.

個人的には茅乃舎の方が好きだけど美味しかった?
もう少し濃いだしのスープだとなお嬉しいです。
かつお節は日本橋店削り立て！
冷奴や料理にかけて食べてるけど凄い美味しい✨
また行ったら大きいサイズのかつお節買お❤️
