L	Libertas K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸時代には日本橋に魚河岸があったそうで、その名残りでしょうか、かつお節の「にんべん」や「山本海苔店」などお魚にまつわる老舗が三越の前側に店を広げています。江戸のだしと言えば「鰹だし」が当たり前。そのかつぶしの削り節をここ八木長で買いました。店の前でその削り節をご主人自ら作っているので買わずにはいられません。新鮮な削り節を今日はほうれん草のお浸しにパラパラ掛けてその味を楽しみむことにします。 It seems that there was a fish bank in Nihonbashi in the Edo period, and perhaps it is a remnant of that, and long-established stores related to fish such as "Ninben" and "Yamamoto seaweed shop" of dried bonito are expanding the shop in front of Mitsukoshi.
