★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老屋本店と海老屋総本店は別経営です。東京の味らしい佃煮の店で量り売りで販売されています。もちろん甘さもありますがキリッとした醤油の風味が持ち味だと思います。魚介系が本筋とは思いますが葉唐辛子の佃煮がうまい。他の材料にも共通しますが、素材の持ち味を残したうえで甘辛味に仕上げられています。
Ebiya Main Store and Ebiya Sohonten are managed separately. It is sold by weight at a delicious Tsukudani restaurant in Tokyo. Of course, it is sweet, but I think it has a crisp soy sauce flavor. I think the seafood is the main ingredient, but the tsukudani of leaf peppers is good. It is common to other ingredients, but it is finished in a sweet and spicy taste while retaining the characteristics of the ingredients.
