地下のお店ですが雰囲気はカジュアルなので入りやすいです。
普段あまりお目にかからない牛カツをいただきましたがこれが見事に私の好みに合っており、衣はサクサク、中はジューシーとまさに理想的。
がっつりお肉を食べたい男性にはもちろん、店内がおしゃれなのでお肉が好きな女性同士の女子会にも、デートでしっかりお肉を食べたいときにもおすすめできるお店です。

お仕事の途中で立ち寄った恵比寿、普段縁遠い街なので、全くどこでお食事をしたら良いか皆目見当つかず、お店の前のA看板に掲げられた『ステーキ丼』の写真に魅せられて入店させて頂きました。
お店は地下なのですが、非常に雰囲気もあって、夜にお酒を頂いたら素敵だろうなあという店内。早速、『SPBボウル（Salt Beef Plate）９９０円（２０２２年２月）』をオーダー、ご飯の大盛は無料、お肉１．５倍は１２９０円とのことです。
早速サーブ＆頂くと、非常に柔らかいお肉に酸味の利いたソースが相まって、ご飯が進みます、これは非常に美味しい！！。濃いソースで食べさせるようなタイプではなくて、お肉そのものの美味しさを引き出そうというようなお味ではないでしょうか。
また、付け合わせの『スープ』も『サラダ』も美味しくて、このクオリティ、恵比寿で９９０円税込みって信じられません。さらに、スタッフ様の接客が非常に優しくて素敵です。
こんなに美味しいお店に伺えてラッキーでした、店内はおしゃれな男女の方やご家族が多く、素敵な恵比寿で、素敵なランチを美味しくいただきました。

The foods are awesome! Especially good beef here. Not only main dishes, appetizers are perfect. This place has a good atmosphere so it’s good to have an official dinner or business dinner enjoy!
