They have great flavors and quality as well as a small selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (recommend the tea).
They also have WiFi, however it’s not very fast~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled into this sheesha and drinks place late evening. Has lunges and counter seating. Tried the Pan Ras flavour. Ordered a small sheesha for two which was quite good. Don't like the fact that one drink per person in mandatory but otherwise it was great.
Limited food option but you are free to bring in outside food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downgrading my review from 5 stars. I used to come here often and recommended many people to come here. Unfortunately things have changed and it's not a nice place to go anymore.
It's always been more expensive than most other places -- there is a cover charge and there is a minimum drink charge (and most drinks are expensive). The shisha is also priced higher than other places. So basically you end up paying 50%-100% more than other places.
But the price doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the service. They have become strict on time limits, even when others aren't around. They have draconian policies about moving seats (if a better seat comes available, they won't let you move). They have issues about giving everyone at the table a little dish for snacks (super strict about dish size, as if we're all going to eat all their cheap snacks). Everytime I come here there is another stupid rule.
I came here and was often the only customer. Now that it's more popular they start acting rude and implementing stupid rules so you can't relax. Unacceptable.
The shisha is good (actually many places in Tokyo, such as chill rug, have good shisha as well). The ambiance is nice. The location is good. But the service and management policies are awful.
I won't likely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the positive, the place is nice and shisha are great. On the negative, the business is unwelcoming: there's a cover charge per person plus one marked-up drink per person minimum plus one hookah per person minimum plus a two hour time limit. I don't mind paying a surcharge for the quality and location, but it's uncomfortable to force everyone in the group to pay for things they don't want and have a time limit hanging over your head. There are better places to relax.
