 It was located between Ebisu station and Daikanyama station ? The location is a little confusing. You can find it by looking at the map and searching carefully! It was on the 3rd floor up the stairs
Napolitan with lunch was delicious

わたしは、半熟卵とブロッコリーをチョイス！
濃厚なトマトベースのスープ？もはや、濃厚すぎてペーストです(笑)つけ汁には、ホロホロお肉がたっぷり。めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです♪
ランチセットは、つけナポリタンとデザート・ドリンクがついて【1,350円】です。

A nice cafe with antique furniture and miscellaneous goods like a movie set.

The specialty here is "Tsuke Napolitan".
You can choose from 5 types of toppings such as soft-boiled eggs, broccoli, and onion slices.
I choose soft-boiled eggs and broccoli!
Rich tomato-based soup? It's already too thick and it's a paste (laughs) The soup is full of horohoro meat. It was insanely delicious ♪
The lunch set is [1,350 yen] with Napolitan and dessert drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I'm editing this review because the owner pointed out that they menu states there is mention of a table charge. What the menu doesn't say is that the charge is per person charge but per table...
This place is a cool hidden spot in Ebisu. The tsukamen is great and unique. It's basically a combo of tsukemen and pasta. It was so tasty. But I'm never coming back here because they rip you off. In Japan it's normal to have a table charge and force drink purchases. Usually not both, but this place did... And that ruined our whole night.
