片道1時間45分かけて評判と言われる伊那の厚切りカツに会いに来ました。
『しらかば』初訪問です。
伊那一番と言うカツは『ザ・肉』ですね。
丼、定食、共に3cmの厚みは見た目にもmixi映えする一品です。
トンカツと言えば醤油派の僕ですが、すでにオリジナルソースにドップリ染みて登場しました。
薄味でね。
アクセント材は岩塩、胡椒、七味唐辛子が用意されてます。
醤油が欲しかったな。
トンカツソースも欲しかったな。

One hour and one hour and 45 minutes came to see Ina's thick cutlet, which is said to be popular.
This is my first visit to Shirakaba.
The cut called Ina Ichiban is "The Meat".
Both the bowl and the set meal are 3 cm thick, which is a mixi-looking product.
Speaking of pork cutlet, I'm a soy sauce maker, but it has already been made with the original sauce.
It's light.
Accent materials include rock salt, pepper and shichimi pepper.
I wanted soy sauce.
I also wanted tonkatsu sauce.

細かなパン粉で口当たりよし。
ヒレカツは柔らかくて美味しかった。
丼の底までタレが染み渡っていて、私の知る限りでは1番汁だくソースカツ丼でした。

ロースおすすめです。
写真は並みですが十分なボリュームです。
次回はご飯を少なめにして頂きます。
少し甘めのタレが美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつかは、この店のソースかつ丼を食べようと思っていて、ようやく昼にありつけました。ロース肉200㌘のソースかつ丼1200円を注文。柔らかく肉厚もあり、品質の高さは値段相応。肉が甘口の絶妙な垂れに絡みキャベツとご飯のバランスの良さに幸せを味わいました。私は伊那市のソースかつ丼の食べ比べをしていますが、この店は5本の指に入ると思います。
平日はランチメニューもお得です。
One day, I was thinking of eating the sauce and katsudon at this restaurant, and finally arrived at noon. I ordered 200 ㌘ of loin meat and 1200 yen for a bowl of katsudon. It is soft and thick, and the quality is reasonable for the price. The meat was entwined with the sweet and exquisite dripping, and I was happy with the good balance of cabbage and rice. I'm comparing the sauce and bowls of Ina City, and I think this restaurant is one of the top five.
The lunch menu is also great on weekdays.

肉の厚み、ボリュームがgood?
また 他のお店と違って、ソースが薄味のうなぎのタレのようでとってもさっぱりでした。(好きっす?)
次回はロースソースかつ丼ｽﾍﾟｽﾍﾟｽﾍﾟ400gに挑戦してみようかな❔あとジオ丼(ヒレかつ&?)やカツカレー?、他の定食も食べてみたいです。?

とても美味しかったです。
カツに厚みもあり、ボリュームもかなりありました。
また一緒に出して頂きました、お味噌汁も具沢山でとても美味しかったです。

優しいけど、優し過ぎないソースの味付けも素晴らしいと感じました。200gで大満足でしたが、スペスペ何とかとやらはどうなっちゃうのかな?
