★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣のニシザワで買い物をして、時間的に営業開始時間だったので寄ってみたら、5分ほどで入れました。今回は写真の鶏ガラ濃厚系のミソ、麺硬め、濃さ普通、脂多めで注文。相方は魚介と鶏ガラのWスープ味噌中華にニンニクSで注文。うまし。鶏ガラ濃厚系は自分的にはちょっと薄めが良いかなって。でも人それぞれですから。お好みで。隣の席の人は常連さんらしく、混ぜそば大盛、ニンニク脂多めで頼んでた様です。知り合いの以前行ったかたも混ぜそば注文したそうです。普段その人は混ぜそば食べないそうですが、かなり推してました。次回は混ぜに挑戦します。

It seems that I ordered a buckwheat noodle which I used to go to before. I do not usually eat buckwheat noodle, but I was pretty much guessing that person. Next time I will challenge mixing.

中太ちょいちぢれ麺と書いてありましたが、個人的にはもう少し太いのが好きです。チャーシューが厚くてしっかりしていて◎
ニンニクの効いたスープも良かったです。

混ぜそばや、つけ麺も人気ですが、鶏ガラ濃厚の塩ラーメンを初めて食べてみて一番好きなラーメンにたどり着いた感じがしました。魚介と鶏ガラコラボの中華そばも旨いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で訪れました。私はつけ麺を食べました。スープは魚介と鶏ガラでゆずのような香りとほんのり酸味があり濃厚ですがさっぱりでとてもおいしかったです。
I visited with my family. I ate tsukemen. The soup was rich with seafood and chicken citrus aroma and slightly sour, but it was refreshing and very delicious.
