バスから見えて、思わず推參(笑) 平安京の「水・氷室」等の管理した役所 との事で、思わず感心!。会社の入口なので思わず恐縮。(笑)

日暮通丸太町の西南角に「㈱イー住まい」という不動産屋さんがあり、その西側に石碑があります。コーポ丸太町というマンションの出入り口になってます。ちょっと植木で見えずらいですね。 主水司は,平安宮の飲料水や氷室などを職掌とする役所である。内裏の西側,宮内省の北,大膳職の西に位置した。昭和53(1978)年の発掘調査で,この地から土器類が出土した。この石標は主水司跡を示すものである。 寸 法 高85×幅17×奥行12cm 碑 文 [東] 平安宮主水司跡 [西] 昭和五十三年三月建立 [北] 財団法人京都市埋蔵文化財研究所 昭和五十二年春発掘調査 「主水司」について 主水司(しゅすいし/もいとりのつかさ)は、律令制において宮内省に属する機関の一つである。唐名は膳部署、上林署。 職掌 主水(もひとり)とは飲み水のことで、主水司(もひとりのつかさ)は水・氷の調達および粥の調理をつかさどった。やがてこれを扱う役人への敬称(殿=おとど)が接尾して転訛し「もんどのつかさ」とも呼ばれる。調達のために伴部として水部(もいとりべ)品部として水戸(もいとりこ)が置かれた。また運搬等のために駆使丁が配属された。駆使丁は重労働の現業部門に置かれ、とくに氷は夏場は珍品として貴重だったため運搬に非常に苦労したとみられる。中世以降は明経道清原氏が長官職を世襲し付属の主水司領を相続した。 氷室 氷は冬場に製造するため夏までの間保管しておく場所として氷室が設置された。氷室は畿内周辺に点在しそれぞれ預が置かれた。 There is a real estate agent called "E-Sumi Co., Ltd." on the southwest corner of Marutamachi, Higurashi-dori, and there is a stone monument on the west side. The Chinese name is the Zen department, Uebayashi station. Duties The main water (also one person) is drinking water, and the main water boss (also one person's boss) was in charge of procuring water and ice and cooking porridge. Eventually, the honorific title (Den = Otodo) to the official who handles this is suffixed, and it is also called "Mondo no Tsukasa". For procurement, Mito was set up as a companion part and Mito was set up as a Shinabe part. In addition, a messenger was assigned for transportation. The messenger is placed in the working sector of heavy labor, and it seems that it was very difficult to transport ice, especially in the summer because it was valuable as a rare item. After the Middle Ages, Mr. Kiyohara of the Meiji era took over the post of secretary and inherited the attached main water lord.
