酒	酒井久幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「東京とんこつ」と銘打ったラーメンを注文。中太麺、太麺を選べるとのことで太麺を選択。モチモチの太麺は食べごたえがあり、おいしい。モチモチ感は村山ホープ軒に似るか。メニュー写真で見るスープはとても濃厚そうだが、案外あっさりしている。豚骨だけではなくて、いろいろなものを使っているようにも感じられた。強いとんこつ味を想像していると、ちょっと肩透かし。「とんこつ」と銘打つよりも、別の名称にしたほうが良いように思う。チャーシューはバラ肉でかなり大きく厚く、盛り付け直前にフライパンで焼いて焦げ目をつけている。焼いて溶け出した脂がうまい。独立した肉料理のようにも味わえる。自家製の唐辛子がかなり香りがよくておいしい。辛みは強くないが、赤みが強いので、スープに少し投入すると真っ赤になってしまいます。 I ordered a ramen called "Tokyo Tonkotsu". り	りんごちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン龍が復活したと聞き、さっそくお昼頃にお邪魔しました。が、メニューがかなり少なくなっており、味もかなり落ちてて今まで食べてたのが１０点だとすると２点くらいの味でした・・。とにかく味が薄いというか、なにか足りない感じでした。このお店は歴代店長さんの愛想がすごくよかったのですが新しい店長さんはすごく無愛想に見えて尚更残念でした。。多分もう行くことはないかな。。昔美味しかっただけにほんとに残念。 When I heard that the ramen dragon was resurrected, I immediately visited around noon. but, The menu is quite small and the taste is quite low.
