き	きたじまゆうき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 哲麺は格安チェーンの割にお店によって違いがあります。個人的にはずっと行ってた羽村店のベーコンラーメンがマイフェイバリット哲麺なのですが、残念なことに小平店にはないようです。それならば豚骨味噌をと食券機を見渡しても、豚骨醤油か豚骨塩かしか見当たらず。哲麺のノーマルラーメンであれば味噌が一番好きなのですが…… なのでだいぶ久しぶりにシンプル豚骨醤油を。かつて食べた時より、かなり美味しくなった気がします。まぁ50円値上がりしたようですし(それでも550円)、その分以前の荒々しさが洗礼されたような印象です。麺も相変わらず替玉50円ですが、以前ほどゴム感がなくなったと言いますか安っぽくなくなったような。つい2玉分替玉してしまいました‼︎ 相変わらずコスパがハンパないですね。豚骨味噌がなかったのが残念でしたが、哲麺は確実に以前より進化を遂げているのを感じました。店舗も少なくなってきているようですが、今後とも頑張ってほしいです‼︎ Tetsumen is different depending on the store for the cheap chain.
