ランチ、11:45くらいに店に着くと狭めの店内にじはすでに先客3組。 会社の同僚に連れられ気になっていた魚家 和味 大場さんへ。 ランチは1000円〜1300円の価格帯かな?僕は焼き鯖の定食1000円をオーダー、同僚はシラスネギトロ丼1200円をオーダー。 隣は常連っぽい方でしたが焼き鮭定食や丼を注文してたのでどれでも間違いなさそう。 店内張り紙もあるが提供から30分の時間制なので食べるのが遅い方は注意が必要です。 6-7分で提供、丼物の方は5分くらいかな? ごはん、味噌汁、メイン、漬け物、小鉢(温泉たまご、納豆のどちらか選べます) 魚は皮目がパリッと焼かれていて、橋で音も楽しめます。 塩加減も絶妙で、ごはんが進みました。お代わりもできるようで、炊き加減も六本木界隈ではかなり上位に感じました。 味噌汁は大根、甘めに仕上がってる感じですが出汁も聞いてるので調和も素晴らしい。 香の物として柴漬け、大根おろしやレモンの気遣いもよく、飽きずに食べ進められました。 ちょっと急ぎめに利用しなければならない切迫感は仕方ないと思えば、かなり良いクオリティのランチでした。また伺いたいと思います、ご馳走さまでした!

六本木の芋洗坂にある魚介居酒屋。 ランチにて訪問。 看板は魚家となっていました。 鯖塩焼きとネギトロセットにしようとしたらネギトロは売り切れ… 厚切りしゃけ焼きにしました。 温泉卵か納豆が選べるので納豆をチョイス。 10分ほどで提供。 白米がまず美味しい!しゃけは皮はパリッと身はふっくら焼かれていて絶妙。

ランチに来ました。入ったときは混んでいなかったのですが、徐々にに混んで来ました。アクリル板で話にくいですが、まあ仕方ないです。 とてもおいしくいただきました 構揚げシラス丼をいただきました。六本木で魚を食べたかったらここだと思いました。

こちらで初めて食べたマグロとイクラの丼。分かりづらいが真ん中には卵が置かれている。まず絵的に美しい。焼き魚も姿が美しいので、こちらの店主は相当見栄えに拘っているのだろう。素晴らしい。 肝心のマグロは薄切りなものの、赤身とトロ、いわゆるネギトロ(風のよく見かけるペースト)など複数の部位が配置されており楽しめる構成。タレで味が付けられているのでマグロ本来の風味を味わうタイプでは無い。 イクラの方はマスコなので厳密にはイクラとは違うと思うのでちゃんと書いておいてほしいという意味で少し残念なのだが値段的には仕方ないところ。もちろん味は良いのでそれも問題はない。

魚もおいしいし、米も味噌汁もおいしいです。 焼魚は焼き加減が最高だし、強面の店主もいい感じの緊張感を与えてくれておもしろい店だと思います。ホールの女性は無駄のない動きでテキパキこなしまくってますし、すばらしいなぁと思います。 今回初めて刺身定食を頼んでみました。 新鮮でとてもおいしかったです。 特に本マグロの脳天と思われる部分はねっとりとしていておいしかったです。 ネギトロと温玉を残して、ごはんにのせて食べたらおいしくてぶっ飛びますね。 タクワンも一緒に食べたらトロたくを食べてるようでした。 これからも通い続けます。

Loved every bite of the food here. They have plenty of baked fish meal options, Japanese style. Salmon, mackerel, tuna, saury baked fish is available and the taste is just amazing. It's a very very popular food joint and the queue is usually long. The staff here is very generous and friendly.

Best fish & seafood-based izakaya that I have been to. Taste, Price, Portion & Drinks are the best points. Love the rice dishes too! The place is quite small and service is very family-run based. Don’t expect the professional standard Japanese service, that said it’s average service.
