リーズナブルかつ美味いお店に与えられる称号 「ミシュラン・ビグブルマン」2年連続選出の系列店・六本木の焼鳥屋 ※ビグブルマンに選出されたのは銀座店 『とりや幸』 創業はなんと昭和30年…という歴史のある焼鳥専門店です。 歴史のあるお店…ですがお店はご覧の通り中に入るとクリーンで、シンプルモダンな造り。 程よいオトナの色気が俺好みだね(笑) カウンターでは備長炭を使った焼き場のLIVE感を味わえます。 カウンターの他にLuxury感漂うテーブル席も。 半個室もあったので、今回はそちらで...。 ここならちょいお忍びにも使えますね(笑) いただいたのは数量限定・比内地鶏串コース(3,800円) その他に単品でいくつかオーダーしましたよ。 まずはシャンパンで乾杯!! はい、六本木でシャンパン...最高です(笑) ■お通し ■梅軟骨 コリコリした軟骨の食感がクセになる。酸味も程よくさっぱりとした味なので焼鳥の間のお口直しにも。 ■ふりそで シンプルに塩焼きした希少部位のふりそで。一口食べると、口の中が上質な脂で溢れまくるジューシーさ。 ■パクチーとクレソンのサラダ 彩りも鮮やかなパクチー感かなり強めなサラダ。俺にはちょい強すぎたかな(汗) ■鶉玉(うたま)おろし ■ささみのわさび焼き、せせり まずは淡白なささみから。 ■つくね ★いっしーリコメンド ソフトなテクスチャーのつくねには、名古屋コーチンの卵黄をつけて。この卵黄がやっぱり凄い!! ■血肝(ちぎも) いわゆるレバーね。臭みなんかは当然無く、歯ざわりのいい優しい食感と味の深みが特徴的。レバー好きにはたまらないね♡ ■名古屋コーチン 厚焼き玉子 素材の良さがダイレクトに伝わってくる厚焼き玉子は、シンプルにおろし醤油で。ポテンシャルの高い名古屋コーチンのシンプルな甘さを堪能できますよ。 ■ソリ これまた希少部位の1つ。モモ肉の付け根あたりの部位かな。 このサイズ感なんで食べ応えも十分だし弾力と溢れ出る肉汁がたまりません...。 ■アメーラルビンズ 甘味の凝縮されたフルーツトマトも焼き串に。少し火を入れることによってさらに甘さが引き立ちますね。 ■平戸ロマンしいたけ 長崎県産のしいたけはご覧の通りの肉厚さ。 ■手羽先 ★いっしーリコメンド キモは皮目のパリパリ感。かなーりジューシーなのでメンズは大体好きじゃない!? 思わずライス!!って言いたくなるやつ(笑)この脂が強いなぁ…と思う人はお好みでレモンを絞ってね。 限定の比内地鶏のコースは大満足。(ふりそで・ささみ・せせり・血肝・ソリ・手羽先) 「六本木」「上質な焼鳥」っていうと結構お値段いっちゃいそうだけど、今回頼んだ焼鳥のコースで3,800円なんで驚くほどじゃないでしょ!? その他にも2,800円からおまかせコースがあったり、+2,500円で飲み放題が付けられたりといろんな用途に使えるのも魅力的。 今回みたいに串モノだけのコースを頼んで、足りなければ単品追加でも良いしね。 この日はシャンパンしか飲まなかったけど、お酒の種類も豊富だし、まさに「大人デート」にピッタリじゃないかな。 2年連続ビブグルマン系列店はダテじゃない…行ってみればそれが実感できると思うよ。 まさにその名の通り「幸」な一夜となりました…(笑)

大満足??私的には、ねぎま、つくねがオススメですが、どれも食べやすくてジューシー。胸の部位もパサツキがほとんどなくて美味しかったです。 串打ちがすごく上手なんだと思います。 あと、うずらの卵が半熟なのは珍しいからぜひ食べてみてほしい☺️

Good Japanese yakitori restaurant. The service is good, English is ok since there are a lot forigners. They serve both well done chicken and raw one, so be careful if you don't like raw meat. And the well done chicken is kind like over cooked. The Japanese wine is amazingly good, don't miss it.
