★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best baby ribs racks in Tokyo ! Not crowded at 5:30pm and staff speak english very well and was very kind, polite and professional. A must do for an aussie experience in Tokyo ! And try the prime rib ! Awesome ^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited on 2/17/18. We were not very impressed. We have been here several times through the years and just never are very impressed with the food. Last night we had the special, a 170g filet mingon. I asked for medium done and my wife asked for medium rare. Both came out very rare and not very warm. I had to send mine back to be cooked more. The flavor was also very bland. The service is very good but unfortunately the food is just not worth the price. I would suggest having someone teach the cook how to prepare steaks other than just very rare. I am doubtful after this visit we will be returning. Too many other choices in Tokyo for good steaks.

Great customer service in a clean establishment. The food was savory. We have a Cobb salad and Baby Pork ribs. The size is good portioning for two people. The food was excellent and the service efficient and friendly which you get used to being in Japan. We never waited more than a few minutes to be served and the food was on our table within 10-15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars for the food, but five stars for the service! Our baby back ribs and blooming onion were about what we expected; good, not great. We were, however, really impressed with the friendly service, which seems to be a common theme in many of the reviews.
We probably won’t be back, but left with smiles on our faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option if you're hungry midday on a weekend and all holiday lunch specials are finished. Came here at 3pm on a Sunday. The portions are huge just how I like it. Ordered a Queensland salad which was twice the size of a normal Japanese salad. Ask for dressing on the side as they will drizzle with too much dressing if you don't. Also ordered a combo with rib eye steak and baby back ribs with a side of butter rice and steak fries. Took home half the salad. One star removed since the staff clumped all the guests in one corner when the store is big enough to scatter us around
