★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女将さんの調子がわるいとは聞いていたのですがお亡くなりになったとのこと。20年通って随分とお世話になったものでした。今は別の方がそのままお店を引きついて営業しています。古い客が多いからなんでしょう「初めてのご来店ですか？」とお客さんに尋ねているのにはいいことですね。引き続きよらせていただきます。

場所柄季節を問わずすごい格好をしたおねぇさんがおじさんと一緒に食事しているところによく遭遇します。お店の方も皆さん気さくで忙しい店なんですが落ち着いてお酒が飲めます。

I often encounter a lady who looks great regardless of the season and is eating with her uncle. Everyone in the shop is friendly and busy, but you can drink calmly.

Izakaya like such is getting lesser and lesser due to urbanization in this area. At the request of the owner, I helped her to write an explanation in English about "Otoshi" (お通し). Many foreigners are not quite familiar with this chargeable "pass time" appetizer served between you sit down and your food arrives.
