煮干しの香り良く上品な美味しい一杯でした、麺とスープを楽しむにはシンプルな商品が良いですね。 メンマは太くて筋が気になるので好みではなかったがそれ以外は完璧でした。 価格も手頃で良いお店でした。
It was an elegant and delicious cup with a nice sardine scent, and a simple product is good for enjoying noodles and soup. I didn't like Menma because it was thick and I was worried about the streaks, but otherwise it was perfect. The price was reasonable and it was a good shop.

ここの油そばは美味しい!女性でもペロリと食べれちゃいます★油そばはもちろんですが、個人的には台湾ませそばがイチオシです♪ 男性が圧倒的に多いので女性だけでも入りやすい環境にしてくれるとありがたいですね!

悪くはないが印象が薄いラーメンだと思う。 ちゃんとした節系ラーメンではあるが、個性不足というか何処を誉めれば良いのかわからない。誤解無きよう書いておきますが、決して不味いわけでありません。 奇をてらわない安定した味を求める人には良いのかな。

平日夜に訪問。 入って右手に券売機があります。 煮干し系ラーメンと言うよりは油そばが気になってたので追い飯付きで購入。 200か300が選べたので何となく300で挑戦。 しばし待つと卵が乗った油そばが着丼。 ご飯は小さな入れ物に入って一緒に提供されました。 黄卵入りは初めてのパターン。 というか、思ったより300多い…。 舐めてたー、失敗したかな? 追い飯もあるし…。と少々後悔気味。 油そば屋では良く見かける食べ方レクチャーは無いのね。 他の店でよくある食べ方で挑んでみよう。 まずはラー油を一回回し入れ、次にお酢を2、3周回し入れる。 ニンニクは卓上になかったので店員さんに言って出してもらう。 背脂って入ってないのか。オプションにも無かった様な…? それをぐるぐるかき混ぜる。 やっぱり麺多いかな。重い。 で、食べてみたら色は濃いけど、味はなんだかマイルド。 おや? 食べ易い。 コレはアレか、卵が良い感じにマイルドにしてるのかも。 美味しいのもあって、スルスル食べちゃう。 結果、量はちょうど良かったな。 最後に追い飯のご飯をぶち込んで混ぜる。 この作法だけは説明が書いてあった。 コレだけだと多分薄くなるから、追加でラー油と酢を投入。 イイね、追い飯。 お腹いっぱい。 オプションでも良いから背脂あったら自分好みだったな。
