S	S Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両親とも最期までお世話になりました。姉と私は東京に住んでいますが、この5年間介護で疲弊することもなく仕事も続けることができたのは、ネクサスコート愛宕のおかげです。遠方ですぐには駆けつけられない私たちのために、契約の日時を調整し、通院に必要な自費のヘルパーを手配し、父が亡くなったときは一日以上見守ってて下さいました。連絡も多すぎず少なすぎず、いたずらに不安を煽ることのない、よいタイミングのものばかりでした。運営会議も定期的に開催され、クレームや質問に対する姿勢も真っ当であると思いました。母のこだわりもよく汲み、決して押しつけることなく一歩遅れながら対応してくださったのはありがたかったです。母が亡くなるときには「最期まで、欲しがるときには口から与えてほしい、ムセたらそっと吸引して欲しい」という私たちの要望を叶えて下さったおかげで、悔いのない最期を迎えるこてができました。最期の晩、付き添う私に別室のお布団を用意して下さったのには感激でした。すべてのスタッフが優しく感じよく、それぞれの部署でプロとしての手腕を発揮していました。心から感謝いたします。たくさんの方々が寿命を迎える中、このような施設がどんどん増えてゆきますように！ I was taken care of by my parents until the end.
