Toro meat bowl: Meat is sweet and served without seasoning. It seems that the timing of the rice was so bad. Gyoza: delicious

T	Takumi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年度版のラーメン本に加茂店が載っていたので、近くの向山店に訪問。駐車場は店の向かいに数台停められます。14時頃の来店でしたが、ご家族連れが一組でした。注文制です。本におすすめで掲載されていた醤油とろ肉ラーメンを全部乗せの醤油とろチャーシュー麺にグレードアップして注文。 15分位で着丼。ちょっとかかる印象。全のせでしたが、バラ海苔無いので確認すると忘れてしまったとの事で別皿で貰いました。ゴーヤーをねりこんだと言う麺は特にゴーヤーの味を感じる訳では無く喉ごしの良い麺でした。スープの味は背脂豚骨醤油と言う感じで普通に美味しいと思ったのですが、個人的にはぬるくてダメでした。とろ肉はほんとトロトロで麺やご飯と美味しく頂きました。 The Kamo store was mentioned in this year's ramen book, so I visited the nearby Mukaiyama store. The taste of the soup was like backfat pork bone soy sauce, and I thought it was delicious, but personally it wasn't good. The toro meat was really delicious with noodles and rice.
